Une pépite sur le chemin du retour . Un grand restau, un accueil hyper gentil . Comme on avait un chien ils nous on trouvé un petit coin tranquille et lui ont donné un bol d'eau. Le repas était très bon et pour un prix dérisoire une 30 aine d'euros pour 2 et vraiment un bon repas. Je vous conseille d'aller faire un tour dans ce restau si vous n'habitez pas loin vous y retournerez c'est sûre

29/08/2024: We had a pleasant time in this peaceful place with a magnificent view. We were a family of 5 with two minors who loved the stay and who took advantage of the swimming pool as well as the tennis court and the garden ;).
It was once again a pleasant stay that we had in the manor with welcoming and very kind staff.

25/10/2024: Dîner entre copines un soir de semaine. Pour commencer l'accueil fut très froid, difficile d'avoir un bonjour. En ce qui concerne le repas, rien à dire c'était parfait, viande tendre, accompagnements parfait.
Après le repas,la serveuse revient dans la salle et baragouiner: "elles sont encore là elles". Il était 22h15
Alors "elles", sont très mécontentes et ne reviendront pas, de plus il faut faire attention à qui ont s'adresse.

30/06/2024: We stayed here as it is close to Dieppe for the ferry to Newhaven. A review on a rival site described the place as tired opulence, and I think that is a beautiful description. It is not at all unkind when you consider the property was built in 1500's or thereabouts. Staff are fabulous, which matched the welcome and the food.

25/07/2024: Avons déjeuné mardi dans cette brasserie au décor magnifique mais quelle déception ! Avons choisi le plat du jour poitrine de porc de Bigorre grillée, immangeable avec 97 % de gras et 2 bouchées de maigre...heureusement les serveurs ont été compréhensifs et nous ont remplacé ce plat par une viande de bœuf, geste que nous avons apprécié...

Nous avons demandé une carafe d'eau, après nous être servi nous avons posé la carafe à moitié pleine sur la table, un serveur la prise pour la donner à une autre table.nous avons redemandé une carafe et la idem.......
