08/07/2024: Vraiment bluffant. Le personnel très sympa et notre serveur était incroyable. La nourriture est excellente et le débrief à la fin est convivial et interessant. Nous avons adoré l'expérience. Nous étions 4 personnes - 2 couples et la soirée était des plus agréables et surprenantes.

28/04/2024: Ein absolut einmaliges Erlebnis! Ich hatte Anfangs keine Ahnung was auf uns zu kommt. Bereits bei der Buchung konnte man Allergien und Abneigungen gegen Speisen Lebensmittel angeben. 2 Tage vorher bekommt man nochmals eine Nachricht um evtl etwas zu ergänzen. Es war für mich als Geburtstagsessen geplant. Wir wurden super freundlich von 3 Damen empfangen, die uns alles erklärt haben und uns Jacken, Handys und Taschen abgenommen haben, da diese draußen bleiben müssen, damit die Kellner nicht stolpern. Die Kellner sind nämlich alle blind, bzw stark sehbehindert. Nach kurzer Wartezeit hat uns unser Kellner Taa'a freundlich empfangen. Taa'a ist komplett blind... Wir wurden dann von ihm in die völlige Dunkelheit gebracht und an unseren Tisch geleitet. Er hat uns alles erklärt wo was liegt. Dann kam auch schon der Begrüßungs Cocktail und Brot. Beides absolut lecker und Frisch. Dann kam das Essen... Es war ein absoluter Genuss! Und man hat definitiv viel langsamer und achtsamer gegessen, da man ja nicht wusste was es gibt. Als besonderes Highlight habe ich das Dessert empfunden. Da ich und andere Gäste Geburtstag hatten, wurde noch für uns gesungen... Die Zeit verging wie im Flug und nach knapp 2 Stunden gingen alle zur Nachbesprechung in eine Sitzecke. Dort hat man dann erfahren was es zu Essen gab. Die Überraschung war teilweise groß wenn man bemerkt hat, wie anders man Lebensmittel wahrnimmt, wenn man sie nicht sieht... Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Abend, mit tollem Essen und einer komplett neuen Perspektive auf das Essen! Super Konzept, und vor allem: Ein absoluter Top Preis für das gebotene Essen und Ambiente!!!

21/06/2024: J’avais pris le soin de réserver pour 12h45 afin d’être tranquille car je sais que cet établissement est très fréquenté le midi Restaurant qui ne paie pas de mine mais n’hésitez pas à franchir la porte Accueil très agréable, personnel très attentionné et surtout : Cuisine française raffinée, très bien présentée et Excellente 🤩 Ma belle-sœur et moi-même avons adoré 👌👍 Rien à jeter,c’est certain j’y retournerai Rapport qualité -prix plus que correct ✅ Je recommande vivement ce restaurant

17/06/2024: Je recommande!! L'ambiance est vraiment sympa les serveurs sont très gentil même le petit stagiaire était très bien. Le repas était très bon le seul point à améliorer serait la déco qui fait un peu sombre mais sinon rien à dire

31/07/2024: Un Accueil chaleureux de Madame Bertranet, Une Brigade en salle efficace, de très bonne humeur et bienveillante, Une Cuisine soignée - recherchée sans jamais s'égarer. Qu'il est bon de côtoyer de vrais professionnels de l'hôtellerie restauration française. Une demeure remarquable et parfaitement entretenue. Bref : Une vraie pause hors du temps. Quel travail ! Nous avons trouvé ici nos habitudes. Bien respectueusement. Cyril B.

26/07/2024: Nous avons mangé le midi à la brasserie en extérieur à côté de l'étang. On est à l'ombre c'est très agréable. Le service et l'accueil sont parfaits. Nous avons pris le menu 3 plats. Tout est divin et copieux. Les cannellonis de langoustes sont d'une finesse comme le risotto de lotte. L'agneau estbien préparé gouteux mais pas gras. Le foie gras est tres parfumé. Les 2 crêpes aux poires sont surprenantes de délicatesse, la tartelette amande d'une légèreté avec sa boule de glace extraordinaire. Pensez à réserver de préférence. Nous avons aimé.

08/06/2024: Tout d’abord un très bon accueil et ensuite de très jolis petits plats avec une vraie recherche, aussi bien sur le goût que pour les couleurs. Des plats originaux faits avec les produits du coin. Vraiment top et pardon d’avoir demandé un coca zéro 🤣

I often do the same thing so it's not the first time I've passed this working-class restaurant!!!! The lady from the restaurant who comes out and sees me and my dog ​​and we stop because my dog ​​sits on the terrace in front of their restaurant and scratches because the collar bothers her in short.... This lady came to tell me not to forget to pick up my dog's droppings while she was just scratching (another super observant) It really irritates me because not only was she scratching and not doing anything wrong but I also told the lady that I wasn't concerned, swearing on my future baby's face that I still have poop bags in my pockets I even asked her if she wanted to see them in short I would have my bags on her head so that people would stop constantly pissing me off for things that don't concern me!!!! If you only knew how much it always tires me, the same ones who take everything in their mouths instead of the other people are fed up!!! I'm posting a rant review because I'm tired of taking responsibility for the incivility of others in my face when I'm still known in the Vignoc area with my dog ​​where I'm respectful and I pick up everything. the time is even 8 months pregnant!!! Not like some petty and disrespectful people!!! So SHIT and SHIT!!! So when you see me walking past your house, there aren't any 36 8-month-old pregnant women with blond highlights and a golden retriever.
