10/03/2024: Service au top !! Mention spéciale pour Edwige(aka bonnet jaune) l’accueil est à la hauteur de la qualité des plats. Le Repère porte bien son nom et on y reviendra avec grand plaisir !

28/02/2024: Nous avons passé une semaine complète pour les déjeuners, et ce fut un agréable moment à chaque fois pour le grand groupe que noue étions. Le cadre est superbe avec beaucoup de bois. La cuisine est aussi inventive et bonne que rapide. L'équipe en salle est aux petits soins et très avenante. Je recommande la fondue à deux ! Il y a aussi une belle terrasse pour déjeuner en extérieur.

17/08/2024: La meilleure planche de charcuterie et de fromages qui m’ait été donné de goûter dans le secteur. Du plus que local, bien de là-bas, aux goûts sublimes. J’ai adoré et cela m’a réconciliée avec bon nombre d’attrape-touristes du secteur. Merci à ce monsieur, qui a enchanté nos papilles. P.S.: Nous n'avions plus faim mais la foule s'arrêtait pour déguster des glaces maison qui semblaient succulentes

This is the place where the terroir comes to life in the town of Bourdeilles with a magnificent view of the castle, a magical interior courtyard. An establishment with soul. Exceptional cuisine and quality artisanal ice creams. A place for connoisseurs and very affordable.

23/09/2024: I stopped by for a beer on a cold Monday night. Bar atmosphere, the girl who serves was very kind. The beer was perfect!

11/09/2024: I went there to have a coffee one morning and already it wasn't very clean, especially the toilets, the switch there is full of stains, gray etc...😫 It doesn't make you want to come back there to have a meal.

29/08/2024: Hôtel dans une coopérative vinicole reconvertie. Architecture très reussie. Piscine d'eau de pluie ecologique... C'est magique! Un restaurant étoilé et un grill très bon. Que demander de plus ? Chambre très confortable , attention baignoire glissante.

21/07/2024: Un bon restaurant avec une cuisine originale et savoureuse. Des menus "surprise" en fonction de l'inspiration du chef. Le timing n'est pas au top, le rythme sur les trois premiers plats était bien mais ensuite une attente un peu longue entre le poisson, la viande et le dessert. Côté vins les choix sont limités. Vous devez choisir entre 2,3,4 verres de vin. Une proposition d'accord entre vins et plats aurait été plus sympa. Le service est perfectible pour un etoilé au Michelin... Quelques maladresses et une mouche dans une bouteille de vin.

09/09/2024: Une petite mais jolie salle, un personnel attentif, rien d'exceptionnel sur la carte mais ce qui a été gouté (clafouti, crêpe) est bon et généreux. Les thés sont servis trop chaud (comme partout) ça casse le goût.

12/09/2024: In March 2024, to celebrate my mother's 100th birthday, we ordered a paella for around twenty people, which had to be reheated by us with the equipment provided by the caterer. 1, the equipment provided was incomplete, we were unable to reheat the paella. Impossible to contact the caterer who only opened at 5 p.m. On the other hand the prawns were very unappetizing. Soft and mushy. The rest of the paella is not of extraordinary quality either. I'll let you imagine the fiasco of the birthday meal. I called back some time later and the caterer admitted that a part was missing from the equipment provided but did not apologize or offer compensation. After several telephone conversations I asked the caterer to make a commercial gesture. he had to think about it nothing has been done to date. I advise you to move on, there are other paella caterers who are much better and more professional.
