26/08/2024: Le déjeuner est correct, sans plus, exception fait des moelleux en dessert (chocolat ou caramel, qui sont bons). Je n'ai pas pu goûter les spécialités africaines puisque je n'y ai pas dîné. La cour intérieure est agréable. Service rapide.

11/07/2024: Bonjour à tous, nous avons décidé d'aller visiter l'anneau de la mémoire (nécropole guerre 14-18) aujourd'hui et nous avions vu l'auberge "La Grange" en passant à Aix-Noulette à proximité du site. Nous sommes revenus pour le déjeuner. Très bon accueil et service agréable et efficace. Très bon repas, copieusement servi et avec des produits de qualité. Cadre agréable, les tables ne sont pas collées les unes aux autres, bonne luminosité et possibilité de manger en extérieur. Addition très correcte : salade chèvre toasts tomates salade verte petit melon oeuf cuit dur (plus une portion de frites) pour ma femme et tartare de boeuf frites salade pour moi, chacun une bière, dessert pour ma femme (tarte aux pommes avec 2 boules de glace et chantilly) et café pour moi : 47,30euros. Nous avons passé un moment agréable pour un prix vraiment raisonnable. Dommage que cela soit si loin de chez nous car nous y retournerions volontiers (pour gouter le couscous servi à la table voisine et qui me paraissait généreux).

23/07/2024: Accueil chaleureux. Cuisine excellente. Les repas sont servis dans un jardin ombragé et charmant. Peu de choix à la carte mais des produits d’une qualité exceptionnelle.

19/03/2024: Bof ! L’accueil est correct. Pour les plats, plus grand chose à la carte pour le dîner. Journée ensoleillée donc gros service à midi ? C’est ni bon ni mauvais. Je ne reviendrai pas.

14/08/2025: Good evening, we wanted to thank you so much! We came this evening to ask for a little peach syrup (we didn't have any in our Airbnb rental). The waitress at the Coco et Ricou restaurant was really rude and poured us less than a milliliter of syrup (we had offered to pay extra). As for you, thank you so much for your kindness and generosity, super pleasant staff ("why would you pay for a tiny bit of syrup??"), and very cozy setting. Don't change a thing, you're the best 🫶🏻

26/08/2024: Lovely little French hotel in excellent situation for town centre and easy access to motorway. Newly refurbished bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. Only drawback is the charming spiral staircase to each floor. Good wholesome food in restaurant and excellent breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful owner and staff. We have visited twice and would thoroughly recommend L’Etoile.

22/07/2024: A pity we couldn’t eat here. The menu and the prices looked all right, but we were turned down in a very unwelcoming way… being snapped at in English (while French is our first and second language), is not the right way to approach potential customers. (Especially if there are plenty of free tables inside ) Turning people down is also possible in a polite and respectful way.
