02/12/2024: En voisins, nous sommes venus diner au Domaine Saint Géry en juin l’an dernier, nous avions auparavant échangé par mail au sujet de votre communication; puis nous avons du changer la date de notre venue à votre demande, plus simple pour vous parait il.... et, alors que nous n’étions que 3 en terrasse ce soir là, au moment de régler (une note trop salée) un peu surprise de ne vous avoir pas aperçu (les chefs viennent en général saluer les convives), j’ai demandé si l’on pouvait vous rencontrer, mais votre femme m’a dit que vous étiez parti vous coucher! Grosse fatigue sans doute... Ou déjà étiez vous à votre table d'écriture... car sur ce simple mois de novembre vous avez envoyé 17 newsetters.. Qui fait ça..? de toute évidence vous aimez votre prose…et j’ose vous dire que c’est beaucoup.. peut être même trop..? J’en déduis que vous devez préférer l’écriture solitaire à la rencontre et l’échange humain.. chacun son truc! ;-) Ce flot de votre prose vient en plus de l'indigeste note au menu de laquelle le fameux jambon (délicieux par ailleurs) pour lequel vos clients font le déplacement, n'est pas inclus.. et oui, c'est en plus (en bien plus!!), mais fortement suggéré par votre épouse.. Bref, nous sommes venus, nous avons vu.. et ne reviendrons plus! Quant à votre news, c'est bien dommage, vous lire parfois eut été agréable, là, ça frôle l'indigestion... saturation! 16/08/2024: I came for the first time in 2017. During this first visit, my intention was to discover a place and the work of a high-level chef. I come regularly to the Saint-Gery estate and 7 years later, I am lucky enough to still be very surprised and enthusiastic thanks to the taste pleasure I take in the offering from Maison Duler. We must already recognize this desire on the part of Patrick and Pascale Duler to want to bring the exceptional to life for their guests, this talent, this ability to always create something new, to take the host even further each time in the proposal. A huge thank you for this, it is priceless. A pleasure that never ends, it's quite rare in life! To set foot in Maison Duler is to experience an initiatory process. As in any initiation, there is always the Call (in reference to Joseph Campbell). The big question that arises is whether the hero will respond to the call, that is to say, agree to enter into the experience, question his ideas, his beliefs, his vision of the world in order to let in the new, the biggest, the broadest, deploying its culture. In short, grow a little more! It's very disconcerting to have eaten many great French restaurants, to have experienced great moments, to have eaten well, and one day to eat "a culinary story", a world which unfolds from the moment when I begin to taste the dish that is offered to me. Furthermore, I had the chance as host to be able to ask additional questions. The entire context is explained during the proposal, because tasting the dishes of Maison Duler is like entering into a story. But this story is not necessarily easy to understand because coming from the classic world of the agri-food industry, I arrive at the Domaine with a formatted mind but also a formatted palate which gradually discovers the truth, the beauty and the delight of simple. It is also a great lesson to see a House that has been part of a global vision for 40 years and always having great humility when it comes to learning what Nature and the living can teach Patrick and Pascale Duler. I saw what Jon Kabat-Zinn calls the beginner's eye so that you can let yourself be taught and then be able to offer the best to the client. It is an immense opportunity in my eyes to be able to experience this. Thank you Pascale and Patrick for making me so happy with each visit, for what you embody. You are a model, thank you for your humility, your kindness and your open heart.

16/03/2024: Tout est parfait le site, l’accueil, la gentillesse, la qualité des produits, c’est copieux et très bon pour un prix correct. C’est rare sur un lieu touristique. Nous avons fait 3 repas avec le même plaisir, ne changer surtout rien.
13/03/2024: Nous y mangeons régulièrement. Le midi au soleil en terrasse ou le soir, quand on a la chance d'y avoir une place. La salle est petite mais ce n'est pas la seule raison qui fait que ce restaurant est toujours rempli ; l’équipe est super et tous les plats sont de qualités !

Review your recruitment.
26/07/2024: I have rarely seen such lousy sellers! At the entrance, the two are talking at the checkout, after a very brief glance at us, they talk again, without even a hello! I am looking for jeans alone, someone comes to us even 10 minutes later to ask us if we want help, even though I had the jeans in my hands and was entering the fitting room. At the checkout, still no hello from the lady, I'm not even talking about the annoyed look she had. Not a word, I paid and left without a goodbye.

03/09/2024: Excellent quality lunch at an unbeatable price! A 3 course lunch for €16.50! A great selection of starters,mains and desserts to suit everyone! I went for the poached eggs on a bed of spinach with a cream sauce. Followed by steak with a sauce and frites and for dessert Isles Flotantes! All courses were delicious and cooked fresh! Service was excellent and very quick! Staff were friendly and helpful as I speak very little French. In addition to the lunch I had a beer and an espresso. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch and will definitely return.

25/08/2024: Huge selection of teas and a plate of pastries to accompany them. The atmosphere is tranquil, filled with the aroma of teas from all over the world and soft music. We had a lovely afternoon here and bought tea to go afterwards. Highly recommend. The server was also very kind and eager to help.
