Ma fille de 9 ans, prend un menu enfant et demande un steack hâché saignant, on lui répond que la cuisson des steack hâchés n'est pas commandable...
En effet, on lui apporte quasi instantanément un semelle bien bien cuite avec des pattes trop cuites, réchauffés probablement au micron onde. Elle n'a rien su avaler.
Je pense choisir le plat "langue de chat et ses pommes de terre à la trufffe et échalottes". Ne pouvant manger d'échalottes je demande si c'est envisageable d'avoir le lat sans celles-ci. Pas de problème Madame. On m'amène un plat avec une compote d'échalotte même pas maison. Je le signale. Aller retour top crono 1 mn on part avec l'assiette et on revient avec une assiette avec un morceau de viande qui a été juste nettoyé desdites échalottes, le goût y est resté bien entendu. Quant à la viande, un morceau dur comme le bois immangeable. Mon époux et mon fils n'ont pas aimé non plus leur plat. Pour ma part, une nuit malade après avoir mangé ce plat désastreux. Donc fuyez. J'ai relu la notice de mon RBN B le lendemain, ce restaurant n'était en effet pas recommandé. Pensez également à la note qui sera salée!

26/05/2024: A FUIR !!!!! Les crevettes ds notre entrée étaient immangeables, goût de pourri avec l odeur qui va avec !!!!! . Nous l avons dit a la serveuse qui a retransmis au patron qui lui a dit que c'était impossible. Un couple a la table d à côté a eu le même problème..Ensuite, nous avons été laissé de côté pour le plat suivant. Au bout de 3/4 h nous avons attrapé une serveuse qui nous a enfin servis.

22/06/2024: Hotel to absolutely avoid! I ended up in this hotel by default due to an unforeseen event. As soon as I enter, a nauseating smell hits my nose, a mixture of bad cooking and mold.
The hotel is not soundproofed at all, it's a real nightmare. We can hear the neighbors as if they were in the same room. If your neighbor snores, watches TV in the middle of the night or goes to the bathroom, you will feel like you are sharing these intimate moments.
As for the boss, in addition to being unpleasant, she claimed that my card payment had not gone through due to a sudden breakdown of her bank terminal... I had to pay in cash, only to discover the next day that my card had been charged. I had to object to the bank.
In summary, this hotel is to be avoided!

10/09/2024: La carte est certes limitée, mais ceci annonce normalement une cuisine faite maison : au vu de la qualité des plats produits c'est probablement le cas !
On retrouve dans beaucoup de plats, soit le savagnin, soit le vin jaune, beaucoup de morilles, bref un condensé du Jura gastronomique ! J'ai eu le plaisir de déguster une entrecôte à la moelle qui m'a laissé pantois... Un délice !
Les desserts sont également excellents et le service est très sympathique.
Certes, l'addition grimpe un peu lorsqu'on prend les suggestions, mais bon, c'est les vacances !
À recommander !

23/10/2025: Hello, since these sites are for freely expressing opinions about an establishment, I can say that I was a customer of this place, which, from my perspective, falls short of quality standards—and it's a 4-star hotel for a reason. Everyone will think it's normal for a former employee to write these reviews based on misunderstandings within the company, but the problem here is much bigger than a customer might perceive, especially concerning the mental health of my former coworkers, students, and apprentices. I had a very strange experience working there, the most unpleasant in my more than 10 years working in the kitchen. The workers who "manage" this place know absolutely nothing about the hotel industry. The management is run by a group of people who only sought to abuse others to climb the ladder and trample on an entire team that is eager to work. What's more, some of my colleagues and apprentices are more capable than those same people who abuse them. This hotel is stuck in a vicious cycle; there are no principles or morals on the part of those "in charge." They only hire people who agree to their demands without considering whether it's right or wrong, and they're rarely prudent when it comes to maintaining the highest quality standards. It's not surprising, given how they make people (students and apprentices) cry and subject them to psychological abuse, taking advantage of their need to study and work. If a student or employee isn't convenient, they exploit their efforts before their probationary period ends, firing them without regard for the effort and dedication they've put into the company. It doesn't matter what happened to me because I understand that people like that aren't worth having around. But I hope this ends because it discourages young people with dreams of personal growth and entering the workforce to build a good lifestyle for a better future. People leave disillusioned and lose the desire to pursue their dreams because of things like what happens in this place.
More than four chefs have come and gone in a year, leaving them without a responsible and qualified chef to lead the apprentices. This is a huge responsibility, given the potential for accidents involving young people. Something is clearly wrong with that place, and it's appalling. Above all, be careful about eating there because the food is truly awful. Take precautions. The cook has no experience and no culinary knowledge; he's incapable of creating new dishes and relies solely on frozen products and plating. This person is responsible for those photos from their MEP (Message and Presentation) from when I worked there. He cleans spoons with his mouth and uses them to serve food, and they choose to keep people who work this way, without any changes to the work, the quality, or even the concept of a kitchen adapted to a "four-star" hotel. It's astonishing. I hope things don't get worse, as the chef who replaced me just left after only three months. Unbelievable. I apologize for this harsh comment, but it's honest. I hope they feel some shame for their mistreatment.
