19/08/2024: Attente trop longue entre chaque plat (45 minutes environ) ; toujours les mêmes plats proposés avec toujours les pommes de terre cuites à la graisse de canard (désolé, mais il existe des dizaines de manières d'accommoder ce tubercule) ; un chef qui ne sort jamais de sa cuisine, qui ne vient pas parler aux clients. A éviter.

20/02/2024: Rarement vu une table aussi réussie pour un «  simple »étoilé Si l’accueil est simple et discret la table est géniale et explosive Même les farfalle sont sublimés Et que dires des sauces ,du pigeon de la truite et des parfums sur tout les plats... Merci Monsieur le sommelier pour la découverte du Mercurey Mia Bref chapeau au chef et à son équipe Dommage que vous soyez si loin de la Bretagne En tout cas je reviendrai bien et je trouve humblement que vous mériteriez d’être récompensé encore davantage.

02/02/2024: This was our first trip to Courchevel and we had an amazing experience thanks to the whole team at Strato. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxury ski holiday. - Location: Strato is very well located with ski in ski out access and amazing view of the mountains. The location is also more quiet than the village however extremely convenient to move around thanks to the complimentary shuttle cars. - Ski room: I'm beginner however had an amazing experience thanks to the whole team at the BO ski room, it's a truly luxury experience and always great to chat with the team before and after ski. - Spa: Strato has a pretty large spa compared to the size of the hotel, the pool is very nice and has great view of the snow mountain. - Service: This is where Strato truly stands out. We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world however Pierre is by far THE BEST concierge I have ever come across. The pre arrival arrangements were extremely helpful and Pierre knows everything about Courchevel inside out, and always happy to help. Our stay could not have been as good without Pierre. Thank you Pierre and the whole team for the amazing stay. We will be back soon.

31/05/2024: As usual, Frederique was very welcoming. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. We go there every time we are in Brittany. Looking forward to going back again in July.

23/12/2024: Ils ont massacré cette brasserie iconique! C'est une véritable honte, les propriétaires n'ont aucune culture. N'y allez pas.

01/12/2024: N’y allez même pas, accueil et service déplorable. C’est la première fois que je constate un non respect des clients, de l’arrogance, aucune éducation du personnel.

30/07/2024: Excellent . Meilleur au fil des années avec une équipe super sympa et réactive . Je dirais que c’est un demi gastro . On reviendra comme nous sommes toujours venus

13/05/2024: Malheureusement, ce que l’on mange n’est pas à la hauteur des prix… Cuisine insipide. Tagliatelle à la carbonara ou c’est la crème fraîche direct. Pizza ou c’est la sauce tomate sortie du pot. J’avais vu les commentaires qui dataient de l’année dernière (changement de cuisinier ?). Très déçus pour notre part.

17/04/2024: Magical, quiet place at the end of the village. friendly meal with delicious local products. Simplicity and warmth, the owners are truly exceptional. Motorcyclists we recommend this gîte... Go there without hesitation!!!

01/11/2024: The taste is quite pleasant, but the real concern lies in the price of bakery products. Sorry to bring this up, but the locals don't call you "Gandhi Bandit" for no reason.
