04/07/2024: Attiré par une terrasse sympa, j'ai fait l'erreur de m'arrêter pour y déjeuner. L'accueil est froid, on a l'impression de déranger. Je suis pourtant tolérant, mais là, le service est totalement incompétent, et désagréable. Je n'ai pas eu de traitement de faveur, c'était le cas pour toutes les autres tables autour de moi. Messieurs changez de métier, le service client ce n'est pas votre truc. Quand à la cuisine, d'une banalité affligeante. Quand on va au resto, c'est pour passer un moment agréable, dans celui ci ce n'est pas possible. Bref à fuir, il y a d'autres restos sur Louviers.

25/08/2025: Quiet location and easy key collection. Friendly welcome. Good bedding, but the "king-size bed" is only 140cm. Otherwise, the hotel is dated, the sink taps lack water pressure, and the shower drain needs attention. A fresh coat of paint would be a plus. From 7:00 am onwards, the mechanical locks are a nightmare, especially with some of the staff being rather inconsiderate…

20/07/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, just dined at the restaurant, and it was truly wonderful! We chose the "real" raclette with wild garlic (made with the real raclette grill!!), an incredible local wine, and had a perfect family evening 😊 Thank you to the entire team, because we were extremely satisfied with both the quality of service and the food! We will definitely be back 🤩
