02/05/2024: Ni bonjour ni merci Un patron impoli, une serveuse méprisante C’est dommage car on y mange pas trop mal dans cette cantine

05/03/2024: En effet en lisant tous les commentaires précédents, le lieu est convivial par contre pas digne d'un restaurant au niveau de la cuisine car rien n'est fait maison. Quand on demande si les frites sont maison, on vous répond " non", bon pourquoi pas... par contre que la purée ne soit pas maison et la salade en sachet, je ne vois pas pourquoi on s'appelle restaurant à moins qu'il n'y ait pas de cuisinier à l'arrière... le buffet des entrées est également uniquement des préparations industrielles sous vide.. Bref c'est une cantine locale vous pouvez y aller manger mais on doit pouvoir trouver bien mieux dans les environs !

19/09/2024: Finally a brewery in tradition. Parking spaces nearby, blue zone. Friendly welcome from the boss, visibly a fan of Johnny's when you see the decor. Well appointed and spacious room. The menu is simple brasserie menus at very reasonable prices. The products are of good quality. The plates are well stocked. A 25-year-old establishment, the recipe is good and I confirm.

12/03/2024: We have been many times to La Raviere before... My kid loved it so much that asked me to spend his birthday lunch there (I know the mains are only rosti and sausage, but still, my son is 12years old now and this is kind of a kids' menu itself). Anyway - I called the owner on a Wednesday and book it for Saturday, and arrived there with 8 people as informed. To my surprise, the owner was pissed off and said we booked it for previous Wednesday!!! And I told her no, Saturday (SA-ME-DI) and she said no, that I had said AUJOURD'OUI and that this was because of my poor French (yes, I am a foreigner but still know the difference). The fact is she was super impolite and escalated her voice to the point of screaming... I couldn't hold it and I screamed back at her and left the place. My son cried a lot, plus all the other 3 kids that were with us. She transformed our celebration into a nightmare, plus she was xenophobic telling me this was my French that caused it in a mocking tone in front of all the clients. Everything happened in front of my ski instructor who is a local and can testify. He was horrified.

17/07/2024: Very simple cuisine, little choice but fresh, quality, homemade (fries and desserts, yum!!!), well cooked and generous. All this for a really low price. Plus the nice covered terrace, it's hard to be disappointed.
