25/01/2025: The Ibis chain is synonymous with good quality services. In the Ibis Style in Le Puy en Velay I found excellent service, very kind staff, excellent breakfast and very clean room. The only small inconvenience concerns the loading/unloading of suitcases since the front parking is subject to a fee even for a short time.
14/01/2025: Good hotel. Very practical when you come to work in Le Puy. Comfortable and clean rooms. Efficient and very friendly staff. Always a pleasure to stay at this establishment. Very hearty breakfast!!

01/10/2025: We had our wedding under the marquee, and we felt so comfortable. It was a magical day in a superb setting, with fantastic service, food, and a fantastic atmosphere. There were overnight accommodations available, which we booked.
We were also able to have the religious ceremony in the pine forest.
Thank you so much for your impeccable service and this incredible day.

12/08/2024: Au départ, l’accueil est plutôt correct mais ensuite ça se gâte …
Nous prenons à emporter des boules de glaces en pot (le prix est cher pour si peu de glace)
Il faisait extrêmement chaud on décide donc d’aller s’asseoir en terrasse avec nos pots SACHANT QU’IL N’Y AVAIT 6 TABLES DE LIBRE
On nous dit que quand c’est à emporter on a pas le droit de s’asseoir car apparement c’est pas les mêmes prix !!! On nous le dit d’une manière désagréable !

04/08/2024: Un peu décevant. Les tables ne sont pas débarrassées assez vite ce qui attire les guêpes. On ne peut pas manger une glace en cornet à table, uniquement à emporter. Service un peu long. Pas beaucoup de choix pour les boissons fraîches , uniquement des jus de fruits et des cocktails. Même si les glaces sont bonnes, c'est assez cher et ça ne donne pas trop envie de revenir.

20/08/2024: Superb address for a good meal! Not against it, I find the salad at 17e super expensive! Because looking at the plate it's clearly not worth the price but everything else was correct paying 44 e for 2 salads and 2 desserts is a shame

08/12/2024: Pour une affiche Maître restaurateur sur la façade !!! Accueil glacial pour commencer. Ensuite Nous avons attendu interminablement avant d’être servi. Toutes les tables étaient au dessert lorsque nous avons réclamé, alors que nous étions arrivés avant. On nous avait oublié…. Les cuissons n’étaient pas respectées, trop cuit, le foie gras était sec tout comme le filet de boeuf. Je ne retournerai jamais plus dans cet endroit. Et très cher en plus.

Tranches de Thon fines et moins tendre.
Oeufs mollets trop cuits
Trop d'huile truffée dans le tartare de boeuf
Un des serveurs était pressé de dabarrasser.
