19/09/2024: We had an excellent stay at Claudia's!
The room was very comfortable. Everything is neat, decorated with great taste and we felt very well received. Despite the rain, the house was very warm!
Regarding the evening dinner, we can only recommend it, it is local, typical, excellent, refined and plentiful (special mention for the homemade profiteroles).
In short, if you are passing through Bastelica, do not hesitate to stop at U Fiordalisu.
08/09/2024: We came to eat one evening during our vacation. And we enjoyed eating at this Auberge, the service was impeccable and the food was well prepared and good. I recommend for the catering side and the table service.

Formula at 8€50, I add a supplement of 1€ to arrive at 9€50 and I am bluntly told minimum card at 10€.
Very small sandwich, with “beef” on the menu but in reality “minced meatballs”.
Very good tarama but excessively expensive. The products are qualitative but the welcome and the price do not make you want to return. Damage.

19/08/2024: Le restaurant du Golf de Vigneux est une vraie trouvaille ! Niché en plein cœur du golf, il offre un cadre paisible et verdoyant, parfait pour se détendre et profiter d'un bon repas. On est vraiment loin du tumulte de la ville.
Mention spéciale pour le pulled pork : la viande est tendre, juteuse, et les saveurs sont parfaitement équilibrées. C'est un plat que je recommande les yeux fermés !
J'ai été conquis par leur aussi pour la souris d'agneau, servie avec de la semoule et un jus au citron confit. La viande est fondante, et le citron confit apporte une petite touche de fraîcheur qui fait toute la différence.
Le service est top, agréable et efficace, avec une équipe souriante et attentionnée. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli.
Bravo au chef pour cette cuisine délicieuse, qui montre un vrai savoir-faire. Chaque plat est un régal, et ça donne envie de revenir encore et encore.

25/09/2024: Bathroom was really very small. Furthermore, the room was fine. Very warm.
Couldn't open a window because of the noise from the terrace and the restaurant. But the food was delicious.
It's a shame that no food was served on the terrace. Don't know if this was because we were with a very large group or if this is always the case.

26/08/2024: Plat de riz avec 2 rondelles de tomate, 3 fines rondelles de concombre et, un tout petit morceau de poulet (2 bouchées) : 18€
Boule de riz + quelques morceaux de viande insipides sans les légumes annoncés : 18,50 €
Conclusion : rapport/prix beaucoup trop faible !
22/08/2024: décevant : arrêt buffet pour gouter leurs moules marinières : frites réchauffées (ça gâche tout !) , amabilité des serveuses à revoir !

31/08/2024: "Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience au restaurant Quai 63. Le menu était lamentable, ne proposant que du porc, quiche et pizza au porc et choux et carottes crues en entrée .Je n'ai rien pu manger et malgré mes remarques, aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. J'ai dû payer 30€ pour ce repas de service et j'ai fini par manger au McDo. Une expérience totalement désastreuse
14/08/2024: Nous avons été gentiment accueilli mais le service était trop junior. Pourquoi nous demander 5 fois si nous avions fini notre planche à partager... on était entre amis et voulions prendre notre temps.
La nourriture : nous avons pris les plats de viande. Boeuf ok mais porc pas top pour de la " pluma".
Allez y pour du poisson c'est plutôt leur spécialité (je crois)
Enfin le café douceur est vraiment décevant et sans intérêt.
Merci aux serveuses/ serveurs agréables.

A scene keeps replaying in my painful memories, that of a seller we presenting Christmas mistletoe leaves as violets (the flowers). Far from me the desire to assume or make a diagnosis on their mental health (I am not a psychiatrist) but this distortion of reality leads me to believe in disorders frequently seen in the event of a schizophrenic crisis or (more likely) during attacks of acute bad faith and sporadic dishonesty!
A bill and a hard cake to swallow
17/07/2024: Maison Ladurelli, my Proust madeleine. This place was able, despite appearances, to awaken in me frustrations that were difficult to forget from my youth. I explain to you. For a "friend's" birthday we had the idea of asking for a chocolate cake made by professionals. For this sweet piece we unfortunately let ourselves believe in happiness... What a mistake. We let our most sincere and innocent ambitions speak in front of this kind merchant who validated each of our ideas. At the end of this exchange, something very distant in me resurfaces: hope. A childish hope of obtaining, for payment, a personalized chocolate cake. A simple cake made with love that would make a brother's lips pucker. Do you feel it coming, my dear readers, the angelic fall of our hopes reduced to the state of illusions?
As I write this post, we haven't been able to have the cake we dreamed of. We took refuge with a discount seller who was able to offer us a suitable cake which, without any pretension, gave us room to express our dreamlike wishes through the sole force of our love and our imagination. Fortunately we still had the imagination and resourcefulness to save the party.
Now let's talk about the result of our command. Warned 3 days in advance, with an estimate of 50 euros and visibly three ladles of bad will, the merchants were able to call us 2 hours before the appointment to return the cake to us and tell us that they will instead make a log. Under the weight of the beautiful purse prepared to pay for this beautiful cake (50th, remember), we told them a categorical no. We asked for a cake and they said yes, if they had known how to say no and recognize their distressing incompetence, we could have saved time and dead hopes. But the "Casa Ladurelli" as I like to call them refused our refusal, announcing to us, without an ounce of remorse, that they are only making logs and that it will be very good. This call was only the beginning of frustrations and regrets on our part. I remember the cool breeze brushing my nostrils that winter solstice evening and the contrast it was with the hot tears on my cheeks after the utter disappointment in their ability to spoil (make cakes). ).
Here we are now in the shop, the shrill tinkling sounds of the hammer blows delivered by the workers (seeming as if they were taken hostage) on the bread cutting machine still resonate in me. The icing on the "cake", the poorly disguised concrete block that the charlatans from Maison Ladurelli showed us did not have a box to transport it (50 euros!).
We were asked if we wanted one anyway, to which we replied a "yes" as polite as we were taken aback by the situation, a "yes" which by its simple existence was disturbing, like our request, like our presence, like the hammer blows and like this lump in my stomach that I felt in this establishment... It was then that with a troglodyte rattle our two chocolate bandits set about making a box with tape and scraps of boxes. After long minutes of waiting we had the courage to announce the contempt and baseness they had in selling us this oozing piece for 50 euros. They took back the fetus they presented to us and we at least had the presence of mind to repay ourselves.
