30/06/2026: We booked a month in advance and confirmed five days prior by phone with the owner for our stay for two people: two nights, two dinners, and breakfasts. The experience was disastrous. While the room was clean, it proved unbearably hot during the heatwave: no air conditioning, no shutters, and just a single fan that circulated the hot air (thankfully we had our own, even though it wasn't enough to sleep). The "gourmet" aspect turned into a nightmare: the two dinners booked by phone beforehand were reduced to just one, on Friday evening. The menu consisted of reheated frozen food from Super U and a Lidl crème brûlée for dessert. On Saturday evening, the host (Hans) announced at the last minute that he wouldn't be providing dinner, even though it was included! We had to go to the local inn at our own expense (which was much tastier, but costly!). Breakfast was bordering on unhygienic: the butter, left out of the fridge, was yellowish, the table was swarming with ants, and worst of all, the Lidl yogurts were over a month past their expiration date! As for activities, we're horseback riders and had requested a ride when we booked. On the evening of our arrival, we asked about it for the following day, but Hans preferred to postpone until Sunday morning because of the heat. It was clear he was annoyed. Furthermore, the dogs on the property, while friendly, are far too intrusive during meals and leave their droppings everywhere. The "Le Passe-Temps" equestrian center has clearly run its course. The host seems to have lost interest in everything and spends his time complaining about the commissions paid by Wonderbox/Smartbox vouchers. Mr. Hans, we understand your disappointment with these platforms, but the clients are not responsible for the contract you have with them and should not have to bear the brunt of your complaints about the meager compensation you receive in return. We, the clients, pay top dollar for such a low-quality service! In this case, it would be best to end this collaboration and your equestrian bed and breakfast business!

09/09/2024: repas famille il ne lésine pas sur la qualité viande assez épaisse et cuisson idéale le plateau charcuterie parfait et ne pas oublier le pain très très bien, les serveuses sont attentionnées et c'est un plus aussi que dire rien un petit restaurant d'Ariège comme on les aime....

15/06/2024: Un bon petit restau de campagne à l'ancienne. Ici, on déjeune sur des nappes en tissu avec de vrais serviettes (en tissu aussi). On y propose un menu à prix très léger : 18 € pour entrée/plat/dessert façon "routier". C'est bon et ça se sait dans la région puisque c'est bien rempli en semaine. Et en plus, le service est très agréable.

23/06/2024: Lieu super! Service de la jeune fille très très sympathique ! Plat bon mais très peu de poisson dans le tournedos de poisson ...17€ ça fait cher la purée de carotte et le quinoa ....donc rapport qualité prix beaucoup trop élevé! Pas de paiement par carte bancaire et pas de ticket 🤔 Dommage ...j'y serai sûrement retourne si le plat valait son prix car le lieu est top!

05/10/2025: Avoid this place at all costs! We booked a table on Wednesday for Sunday lunch. They even gave us the menu. We arrived on Sunday at lunchtime to find the restaurant closed and they weren't answering the phone. There wasn't even a note on the door.
