20/07/2024: Petite brasserie très bien situé avec leur terrasse face au port et avec un parking devant, la cuisine excellente, bon rapport qualité prix et personnel très agréable, je recommande vivement.

17/05/2024: Menu à 29 €: tous les plats sont décongelés mal recuits, poisson déseché, haricots recuits et gras, navet avec goût d'eau, profiteroles sèches et trop réchauffées avec chocolat pâteux posé dessus. Service peu professionnel. Rien d' un restaurant gastronomique ! Nous n étions que 2 dans la salle. Joli cadre et parc par ailleurs !

02/04/2024: Possibilité de se garer à l’intérieur après avoir passé le portail. Le cadre est très beau : jardin, piscine. Il y a une terrasse extérieure pour les jours de beaux temps. Le menu enfant est à 15 euros, notre fille a pu choisir son plat et son dessert parmi un vaste choix et c’était vraiment appréciable. Les plats sont absolument délicieux. Le Chef est très aimable. Nous reviendrons (encore).

30/01/2024: A real surprise. We weren't expecting to eat so well in this small town on the outskirts of Bordeaux when we booked last minute on a Tuesday night. Extremely friendly staff, DELICIOUS food - without exaggeration - and very good value for money. I chose the dinner menu: chicken gyozas with vegetables sautéed in soy, grilled cabillaud fish with Iberian ham on a bed of lentils; chocolate brownie for dessert; and a glass of white wine from the Grives cantina, for a total of €29+5. My partner tried the entrecôte and the Paris-Tallinn for dessert. Delicious!!! We will return, without a doubt.

13/09/2024: Bad food for a high price. The reputation of this restaurant is really overrated and surprising Service that is not satisfactory. Restaurant which does not deserve its classification and which should be avoided.

09/09/2024: We came for a quick lunch with the kids. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Reduced menu: 2 starters, 3 main courses and 1 dessert. We had a dish of the day directly: the fish was perfectly cooked, just pearly, accompanied by fresh spinach and a just perfect sauce. The kids loved the sausage mash. Dish of the day at 16 euros, menu at 22 euros starter/main course or main course/dessert or 25 euros for the total. Thank you so much.

10/09/2024: On s'est arrêtés pour un petit goûter rafraichissant en famille suite à des recommandations. L'accueil fut très chaleureux, l'endroit est juste magnifique. Tout était délicieux, pâtisseries, desserts, boissons... Je recommande à 200 %, la gentillesse et la convivialité sont les maîtres mots de ce superbe endroit 👍

05/09/2024: Stasera alla ricerca di un ristorante, ci ha incuriosito il posto; ottima scelta. La proprietaria è deliziosa, simpatica e disponibile, ci ha illustrato il menù dove si poteva scegliere fra specialità libanesi e quelle del territorio. Abbiamo scelto gli antipasti libanesi e il pollo alla griglia, tutto veramente ottimo, se ci capiterà di passare vicino ne approfitteremo per ritornarvi. Nuovamente complimenti alla proprietaria e a suo nipote.

23/07/2024: Lunch menu with leeks as a starter and beef as a main course, both well prepared, however in a restaurant with the name "Ferment" I expected a greater emphasis on this way of cooking. On the well composed and healthy meal that I had, on the other hand they were too salty for me, hence my slight disappointment but it is a superb address all the same with great service (only one pleasant person in the dining room who handles ten place settings very well).

05/09/2024: We stayed here for a night and enjoyed a wonderful dinner and breakfast- great service and hospitality, excellent food and wine. Very quiet, lovely location - the rooms were well furnished - really appreciated the comfortable bed, large shower and double sinks. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend when staying in the anjou area of the Loire.

22/07/2024: We asked for some cold milk to go with our coffee (maybe a strange request, but whatever, it's not difficult to do) and the staff member flat-out refused, saying she doesn't make "anything" cold. This tiny little bit of flexibility, if the staff would make just a smallest effort, would have earned a 5-star from me, because the tartes were excellent.

16/07/2024: The tropezienne tart is of poor quality with a gelatinous and heavy cream and the brioche is on the verge of bread crumbs, dry and heavy. We are very disappointed, poor value for money.

24/07/2024: Very good restaurant, the chef reinvents himself regularly, he creates surprising and delicious culinary combinations. Lots of local products. Being a "regular" I am never disappointed. Special mention to the server! In short, go there! without moderation or restraint....!

13/07/2024: Cuisine de qualité, pleine de saveurs et très raffinée pour des prix très corrects. Personnel aux petits soins. Situé au calme, dans un cadre chaleureux.
