Les meilleurs restaurantsde cuisine française

10/06/2026: Special Mother's Day meal. We ate very well.

15/08/2024: We were a party of 10 staying nearby and dined here twice during our stay. It really is a wonderful restaurant: low-key and simple, but the food and service were just perfect. A lovely place to spend an evening.

10/08/2024: A delicious, excellently presented meal at a reasonable price. We went for dinner midweek and our only disappointment was that we were the only diners. Would highly recommend!

23/07/2026: We arrived at 1:15 PM. We asked if we could have lunch. The owner (I think) told us, "I don't have a cook anymore!" I asked if we could have a sandwich or something to eat. The reply: "No, I'm out of bread!" And all this while biting his nails and in a very unpleasant tone. What can I say...? Dear Sir, if you don't want to work, remove yourself from social media and take down the signs advertising your establishment. It's a real shame because the place is nice, a small square under the plane trees.

17/04/2026: A pleasant place where the food is excellent, the welcome is warm, the staff are friendly, and parking is convenient.

07/04/2026: Under new ownership since early April, I went there for lunch today with my mother. The prices are very reasonable. We had the daily special, which was beautifully presented and very well served, perfectly cooked, and the service was quick and very pleasant. The prices are also reasonable; the bill, including a quarter-liter of wine, an aperitif, a dessert, and a coffee, was more than fair. I will definitely be back, especially on a Friday since they serve couscous.

11/09/2026: The hotel has a lovely terrace and uniquely decorated rooms. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast certainly appealed to us. Unfortunately, we were less enthusiastic about the accompanying restaurant.

20/07/2026: Couple of beers while waiting for the ferry. Very friendly owner. Reasonable prices for standard Belgian beer (Jupiller, Leffe etc)

13/05/2026: Tobacco shop marked open, closed, 40 minute walk...
