18/03/2026: For the past 10 years, while on a health retreat in Dax, we have been frequenting the restaurant. Until yesterday, we never had any problems. First, the service took 2.5 hours for a starter, main course, and dessert. Second, the meal we were served was excellent, both in terms of presentation and cooking. Why only 2 stars? The length of the service was understandable, considering there were only two first-year vocational trainees and only two staff members in the dining room for six tables of two, plus a table of four added at the last minute, which took up a lot of our waitress' time. Being served first is unacceptable in a proper restaurant. To top it all off, we fainted and lost consciousness 2.5 hours after leaving the restaurant, requiring hospitalization. We have serious questions. This marks the end of our experience at the vocational training center, and we are very sorry about it.

20/01/2026: I'm giving it 1 star because you can't give less. Hygiene needs improvement (it's hard to find a toilet when leaving).

10/12/2025: A very friendly welcome in this local shop, well-stocked with local products and very handy.

20/08/2025: A magnificent setting for lunch (non-club members are welcome for lunch on weekdays except Wednesdays!) A very warm welcome and attentive service, with a smile!! The place is very pleasant and the menu offers healthy and varied dishes. The daily special was delicious, as was the crème brûlée! I will definitely return!

26/06/2025: Disappointing experience - difficult booking process - acceptable meal - service needs improvement - fortunately the setting was very pleasant - some adjustments are needed - what a shame!

21/09/2025: Catastrophic, avoid it, there isn't even enough quantity for one person even though I paid €5.
