14/07/2024: Quelle belle découverte à deux pas de chez nous. Nous cherchions un "Italien authentique" et sortir de la sempiternelle pizza. Guidés par les excellents avis sur internet nous avons réservés la veille et en effet ce haut score est amplement mérité. Acceuil très chaleureux, beaucoup d'attention avec juste ce qu'il faut d'humour. Beaucoup de choix à la carte, rapidité de service sans énervement malgré une terrasse pleine. Une chorégraphie bien réglée, des plats copieux et délicieux. On se sent choyés, bien conseillés et ce sans ventes forcées; apéros, vins, café, digestifs, etc.. Des prix très raisonnables malgré une belle qualité et quantité d'ingrédients. Un sans faute ! Pour sûr nous allons en faire notre cantine de luxe. Entre temps nous reviendrons sans aucun doute tester les pizzas à emporter. Merci messieurs de faire bien votre travail dans la bonne humeur et le respect de votre clientèle. Ce qui est une rareté de nos jours. Bravo..

22/08/2024: The cakes are very good but the customer service is terrible, and that loses all the charm of the place. Hard workers, unpleasant and without any kindness. I don't know if they were like that with us because we were tourists or if they are really like that with everyone, whatever the reason, it's a shame to have that attitude when working in front of the public. I will never demand that you speak my language, because I don't speak yours either, simply with signs and with Google translator you can understand everything perfectly; but faces and attitude are the key in that type of work, and two of the clerks working there are shameful and have a terrible attitude. It's a shame, because in the end because of these types of things the business loses customers. Greetings and may some things be better clarified.

19/08/2024: Serious hygiene problem on the part of a seller… Upon entering the bakery, one of the salespeople teased his colleague and put his hand on her hair. So far ok. However, he continued when we were at the counter without stopping while we were facing him. Not crazy customer sense... He then took the bread from the hand with which he was touching his colleague's hair. When I pointed this out to him and told him that I would not have this bread because of this, he got offended, and it was colleagues who apologized and took over. Frankly dirty, in addition to the sense of poor quality service…
