28/11/2025: The Mercure Hotel's restaurant was certainly a pleasant experience in my opinion. While it was quite pricy, I will admit it was certainly worth it to try. The food was decadent, aromatic, and full of splendour after walking around Lourdes.

Très agréable , repas dans la convivialité.
Félicitions à la serveuse et au cuisinier , nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

08/11/2024: Halal meat is starting to be imposed on us: outside of community canteens, I'm not a fan of these options... Especially if it's not good free-range or organic chicken, in short, chicken with a label. Halal chicken is no. I don't have to convert. Label rouge chicken is preferable, thank you.

The hot dishes offered every day are all excellent...they are made on site with seasonal ingredients.

La propriétaire est très gentille.
Une très bonne souris d'agneau, fondante à souhait.
Des promenades en forêt juste en face sont possibles, quand le temps le permet !!!
