21/08/2024: Après une belle randonnée au départ de Montremont, avec un passage par le col des Nantets puis Talamarche, un sublime refuge vous attend. Super accueil de la part de Albert et de son équipe. Petit moment de calme devant la chaîne des Aravis avant de passer à table. Excellente cuisine, très bonne ambiance. La nuit aubrefuge fut calme, et au réveil, surprise d'apercevoir les chamois dans la vallée.

05/01/2026: I've been a customer of this excellent artisanal bakery for years. There are two things to highlight. The first is the friendliness of the staff. Two charming young women with a rare kindness. Always smiling, helpful, efficient, and kind—a real treat. That's important. It makes you want to come back, if only for their smiles. The second thing, and it's a shame it's not more widely known, is that they make the BEST Galette des Rois (King Cake) with frangipane in Paris. Flavorful, delicious, generously filled with frangipane, and with exceptional puff pastry. And, to top it all off, at a more than reasonable price. Their "Oranais" pastries are also the best. Yet, I'm extremely demanding when it comes to quality. It's a pastry that's hard to find, but so delicious! Needless to say, I highly recommend this establishment. When everything is good, it's worth saying so. Try it! You won't regret it…

28/03/2024: A terrible school, teachers who disrespect you, random class times, a timetable that is useless given the class times are arranged randomly, I am absent between noon and 1 p.m. even though I am supposed to eat?? I am external, I specify, supervisors who record absences poorly. I really don't recommend this school.

01/07/2026: Not a good image of French cuisine for all the foreigners passing through CDG. The food is awful. The ingredients are there, but the execution needs to be completely overhauled, including the cooking time, etc.
