27/10/2026: It's impossible to rate the current food since we only went there for a pint.

05/08/2026: First of all, neither the menu nor the wine list is up-to-date on the website... Secondly, there's no choice! One set menu with one dish at lunchtime... But the à la carte menu is full of expensive items. It's cafeteria food. ...Aside from the pleasant shade of the trees and the golf course, I don't see the point in stopping here. We won't be back.

13/07/2026: Thank you for your welcome and your food. I celebrated my 70th birthday there in a lovely atmosphere and a very pleasant setting, served by a smiling and very helpful team.

29/04/2026: First review 1 year ago. I ate there. I thoroughly enjoyed it. A real pleasure. A very warm welcome. Beautifully presented plates. Generous portions, just the way we like them, and delicious. Fresh salad. Fresh fries made from real potatoes. Impeccable service. And a reasonable price. Today, this restaurant, which used to be a meeting place where we'd settle up, is unfortunately no longer the same. The menu has changed, which is understandable, but it's completely different. The service was very slow, even though the restaurant only seats about 10 people. Limited choices and a hefty bill. Really disappointed. I don't think I'll be going back.

30/08/2026: We came for a business trip. Before our arrival, we noticed that the campsite was quite isolated and had very limited phone and internet coverage. Upon arrival, the manager, who was very kind and welcoming, offered us Wi-Fi for €10 for the week. We accepted, but what a disappointment: we couldn't get a decent signal in the mobile home, even with this connection. We went to the swimming pool, but there was another disappointment: the pool wasn't heated. On Saturday morning, when we went to return the keys, we ran into the owner. Unfortunately, we found him very unfriendly. He simply had someone working there tell us to leave the keys inside the mobile home. So we left without even being able to speak to anyone at reception. In short, we do not plan to return and we do not particularly recommend this campsite, which is a shame because the owner is really lovely, welcoming, very kind, but unfortunately this is not enough to compensate for the various disappointments encountered during our stay.

24/08/2026: Very nice campsite, good experience. Very friendly staff. Plenty of fun things to do nearby (donkey farm, Île de la Grenouillette...). No mobile network coverage, good for disconnecting. But once you leave the forest, you get a signal for important calls.

24/10/2026: Lunch: the set menus are very good. My duck leg was very good; it was served with excellent fries. Personally, half a portion of fries and a vegetable timbale would have been perfect for me.

04/10/2026: The service lived up to expectations, with a warm welcome and delicious seasonal dishes made with local produce. The rooms are very clean and inviting, and the breakfast is truly comprehensive. We look forward to returning with our family.

15/10/2026: This is the nicest place in Moutiers, where the owner and his son work hard to maintain a friendly atmosphere. The food is simple and good, at a very reasonable price. So why miss out on this place? I highly recommend it; they deserve our support.

08/04/2026: Wow ! Betty and Pascal are the most wonderful hosts. They looked after our group of 6 with a great level of care and attention. Pascal was super helpful with allowing us to store cars and bikes for our Camino Trail. The walk to the hotel from St Jean Pied de Port is very scenic and not too long. Best of all is Pascal's cooking - incredible quality and such an amazing dinner. Thanks to you both for your hospitality.

We received a very warm welcome from a kind and professional young woman, and then we met the owner, who is also the chef. He filled our plates with truly wonderful dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant; you'll find a very pleasant atmosphere thanks to the kindness, friendliness, and professionalism of the team. We will definitely return.
