13/09/2026: Very well located on the village square. A friendly atmosphere among locals gathered at the counter with pizzas and grapes within easy reach. I ordered a snack with a double coffee, as I was just passing through and the bakery was closed on Mondays ("I've sold out, it's lunchtime service"). I had to ask for a glass of water a second time, going back to the counter in the sweltering heat at 11:30 am in August. And when I said, "I need a drink, I don't want to faint," the young waitress replied, "Oh, really?" without knowing my health or age. Given that they serve a single-course meal, today mushroom risotto, couldn't they have offered a slice of bread or a bunch of grapes to a new customer? I would have appreciated a little more attention, considering the waitress's observable social skills with regular customers. I should add that when I said I expected more attention, the owner singled me out, rallying the other diners and saying, "Madame says we're a bunch of 'CON...D' in Morières." When I replied that I hadn't said any of those words, he threatened me, saying, "I can give you a slice of bread otherwise." I asked him if that was a threat, and he said, "Get out, this is a private establishment." As I left, I heard mocking comments about me possibly feeling unwell and, "Walk in the shade." I had given four stars for the atmosphere, but I'm revising that down given the owner's threatening behavior.

However, the crêpes are disappointing; there's hardly any butter, the Molène sausages are very dry, and the dish lacks flavor. Even the sweet crêpe is sorely lacking in butter, the chocolate flavor is very subtle, and for a classic dessert, it's simply not convincing. A shame.

18/09/2026: Excellent brasserie near the beach! The owner is very welcoming, friendly, and has a great sense of humor 😊. The mussels and fries are excellent and very generous. A real treat! The dessert was also delicious, with superb whipped cream and a truly divine café liégeois 😋. The service was quick, with no waiting. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend this place!

24/09/2026: As loyal customers, whether for bread, sandwiches, or even eating in, I think this is the last time we'll be here today… For several weeks now, we've noticed a decline in the quality of the baguette… it's soggy, like day-old bread or supermarket bread… We've ended up with bread that's indistinguishable from what you find in a supermarket several times now… Disappointed… in fact, today we decided to leave without taking the bread they offered (it was completely soggy). The first few times, we thought it was freshly baked bread since we went late… But in the end, it doesn't matter what time it is… it's the same thing… That's it for us!

We ate a rather bland salad with far too much dressing. The quality has definitely declined compared to what we've experienced before. We threw our meals away; what a waste.
