13/09/2024: Situé sur le haut de la plage d’Arone sur la commune de Piana, ce restaurant offre un panoramique magique. Vous mangerez sur une grande terrasse ombragée. Le restaurant propose de bon plats à base produits locaux de qualité: Veau corse, poissons, langoustes … Vous pourrez également manger des pizzas cuitent au feu de bois. Juste à côté, au cabanon, vous pourrez manger du snacking. Le service peu se montrer un peu long. Les prix sont un peu élevé, la magnifique vue offert par cet établissement a un prix…

30/08/2024: Ambiente informale e raffinato, location impagabile. Personale fantastico attenti e precisi, la cucina si avvale di gran professionisti, giovani ma molto , molto competenti. La pizzeria...meglio che in Italia, patria della pizza... Molto attenti agli ingredienti. Per me e la mia famiglia una tappa fissa . Veramente una serata fantastica. 02/09/2024: Parfaitement bien situé. L’établissement possède des chambres, un restaurant, une brasserie /pizzeria. Une belle terrasse. Le personnel est accueillant. Le service se fait à votre rythme. La carte est donc fournie et vous y trouverez votre bonheur. Les pizzas sont excellentes et en quantité. Les prix sont raisonnables. Je recommande.

22/09/2024: A dear friend of mine had highly recommended Le Bar à Vin. We attempted to go there twice. The first time, we thought they were closed because the corner looked like an entrance, and it was closed. I'd say that I'm not too with it, but the second time we went, the same thing happened to someone else. They really should have a sign pointing to the entrance, which is pretty nondescript. So, we finally make it in and there are two people ahead of us and the venue is not full. It took us over 40 minutes to get seated, by then, the line just continued to grow. There were only two ladies waiting on the entire venue. There was a lady at a counter for shipping wine orders and another man, maybe the manager, walking around from time to time. Without a doubt, they were understaffed, but honestly, if no one is buying or shipping wine and you're the manager, pitch in!! Our waitress was nice enough and shocked when we only stayed for one tasting. Clearly, it's a place where people go to linger, but it definitely, at least that day, is unable to accommodate its clientele. A bid disappointment especially since there are many other such venues to relax and enjoy in Bordeaux!

16/09/2024: We had high hopes for this cheese and wine tasting, especially after queuing for 20 minutes just to get in. The wait gave the impression we were in for something special, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The main seating area looks charming enough, but we were led to what can only be described as a drab, old-school canteen setup. The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, making it hard to settle in for what should have been a relaxing experience. Things went from bad to worse when we ordered. We were told they had run out of every cheese except goat’s cheese—which was ridiculous, given it was only 6:30pm and, more importantly, we were in France, the home of great cheese! How can a place hosting cheese tastings run out of cheese so early in the evening? To make matters worse, the wine menu didn’t offer any guidance on pairings. While our waitress was friendly and tried her best, it wasn’t enough to salvage the experience. The whole thing felt underwhelming and far from what we’d expected. To top it off, they served nutty bread without checking for allergies, which seemed careless, especially in this day and age. Overall, this tasting was absolutely not worth the visit. Save your time and money for somewhere more deserving.

21/05/2024: It's just a nice restaurant. Service is good and the owner is also friendly. Pizzas are absolutely fine. They are also often collected. The only downside I found was the hunk of meat. Well cooked, still pink on the inside, but I really expected something different for a sirloin steak.

04/11/2025: Absolutely delicious! I wasn't familiar with the area and stumbled upon this restaurant on TripAdvisor—a real gem. We had a vegetarian burger (even though I eat everything) and it was fantastic. Thank you to the chefs, the warm welcome, and the excellent service. Highly recommended! (Be warned, it gets very busy!)

29/10/2025: Magical location, very friendly and attentive staff. The standard room was rather small, but the large bed and bathroom with hairdryer were perfect. The carport with an electrical outlet for bikes was very convenient! The only minor drawbacks: an unpleasant smell in the room and a very expensive breakfast (€19) considering that by 9:10 am there was no more bacon or certain pastries, and a limited selection of cereals and bread. We still loved our stay though 😜

23/09/2024: A service that was much too fast with what was intended to be simplicity, whereas a little more careful service wouldn't do any harm. We came a few years ago with very good memories of the cuisine, here we realized that it was no longer what it used to be and we therefore left quite disappointed overall. The sweetbreads are not well cooked, the risotto has too much sauce… Small positive point for the beef fillet which was very tasty and successfully cooked.

20/09/2024: Top notch hospitality, cuisine and service. The prices are in line with the quality offered. A wider choice of wines by the glass would be welcome.
