03/08/2024: Leaving for the holidays we spent one night in the ibis hotel and had dinner in this restaurant. The director, Valeria, alone provided the service with professionalism and above all with great sympathy. The bar boy was charming too. The young chef who cooked was apparently temporary and we had a blast! I have never eaten such a good beef tartare cut with a knife! The bluefin tuna starter was also excellent. The welcome is wonderful and the receptionist is super friendly! I recommend +++ this step! Hoping that the chef will still be in place when we next visit

12/03/2024: I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, for this part nothing to say everything was perfect, The lady at reception (super nice young lady! Thank you) We were a group the next day and ate at the restaurant the dish of the day was more than average and the waiter was extremely unpleasant! Following an error when ordering he was very haughty! One of his colleagues also the next morning! An error in the collection, the team not being the same noon and evening we had to wait until the next day, if we had left the same evening we would not have been reimbursed... (very nice evening team on the contrary ) we had a drink in the evening Too bad the place has potential but some of the staff should rethink their respect! I will not return to this hotel…

14/08/2024: Une visite de plus chez Helbidea après plusieurs mois sans y être passé et la qualité du service et des plats restent exellentes. La carte affichées sur les murs changent peu mais la "merveilleuse" côte de cochon préparée en cuisson sous vide et basse température puis snackée reste au menu ainsi qu'un assortiment de Taloa assurent un très bon dîner. L'œuf parfait en entrée et le baba au rhum en dessert complètement le tiercé gagnant.

10/08/2024: Des plats préparés avec soin et servis avec gentillesse. Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant, sur la petite terrasse.

11/08/2024: A very warm welcome in this stifling heat 🥵 The rosé was fresh and welcome to accompany the roasted camembert😋 I recommend this little place that we found randomly during our walk☀️

09/04/2024: L’accueil fait par Soso et Momo était très chaleureux, je nous vous parle du plat… Une pizza grande, que dis-Je immense ! Et en plus de ça elle était vraiment excellente ! Se restaurant appeler “Le flamand Rose” est une adresse que je conseille si vous souhaitez manger à Apt !

26/07/2024: Excellent little restaurant! Succulent! The 2 ladies are very welcoming. Original, served in a tray. To recommend.

25/08/2024: Otimi cibo e location interna (la zona in cui si trova è invece dispersa nei campi vicino all’autostrada), da rivedere assolutamente i prezzi: in primis senza dubbio il menù bimbi fino a 10 anni (€25 caduno per TRE nuggets, patatine e UNA pallina gelato vaniglia e UNA fragola), poi bottiglia acqua frizzante €9 e caffè €3,5. Il resto è un listino prezzi alto, ma il cibo molto buono, porzioni minimal. Da segnalare l’assenza di un fasciatoio.

04/05/2024: Encore un bon moment passé à la fleur de sel en compagnie de ma famille, grâce à un accueil chaleureux et au petits oignons, une cuisine savoureuse comme à chacune de nos visites. Un grand merci à l'équipe entière pour cette soirée nous nous sommes régalés ☺️🥰

14/08/2024: Très déçu par le prix de 36,00 € pour une croziflette, une tarte et une bière pression en 25 cl. Je pense que je me suis fait avoir par la demoiselle à la caisse. Après réflexion, il semblerait bien m'être fait voler. C'est pas bien d'arnaquer les touristes. Passer votre chemin, vous êtes prévenus... Dimanche 11 août vers 14h. Je comprends pourquoi les restaurants ont peu de monde, il faut mieux prévoir la glacière, on moins on n'est pas déçu. J'aimerais bien connaître les prix que j'ai consommé. 27/02/2024: Plats du jour très bons. Accueil chaleureux du personnel. Et serveuse attentive et agréable ! Nous recommandons ce restaurant.

22/08/2024: Venu manger entre midi et deux un Vendredi. Service rapide Pour 17 euros vous avez: 2 entrées Plat copieux (bavettes frites le vendredi) Plateau de fromage ET desserts Avec une bouteille de vin comprise Nickel pour les ouvriers comme les particuliers
