25/05/2024: Ce salon de thé affiche des horaires d'ouverture jusqu'à 19h, cependant nous n'avons pas été acceptés un samedi à 18h15 car "le service est terminé".
12/05/2024: Suite au reportage au journal de Tf1, je me suis rendue dans le salon de thé pendant mes vacances à Bourges.
Je suis en admiration devant les pâtisseries faites par la dame.
Quel délice!! Quel panel de choix!!
Quelle ambiance, feutrée, et des jeux d'époque me rappellent mon enfance
Et Evelyne, d'une gentillesse....

02/06/2024: Endroit parfait pour ce restaurer avant la visite du musée. Cuisine simple mais excellente,assiettes copieuses, personnel sympathique, bien servie .
26/04/2024: Nous avons mangé à la brasserie jeudi. Ce sont les jeudis gourmands, avec plat du jour à volonté. Nous nous sommes régalé avec du jambon à l’alsacienne et un excellent framboisier.

25/01/2026: A very quiet and charming inn, as each room has a theme (ours was "Little Red Riding Hood").
The owner is very warm, welcoming, and an animal lover.
I highly recommend it.

10/06/2026: Well located with secure parking. Very nice setting. Welcoming staff.
Bathroom with a bathtub that requires stepping over the edge – no grab bar – to get into the shower.
The room is upstairs, accessible from the outside, so there's no elevator for luggage.
Not recommended for elderly people.
21/05/2026: I don't know, the restaurant is closed every weekend, it's a bit of a nuisance when you're staying in a hotel 😐

21/10/2025: I've been here twice, once in 2023 under the prior ownership and most recently under it's new owner — Poppy. Both times have been absolutely spectacular. This last stay was remarkably peaceful, delicious, and inspiring. Staying at Auberge de Chassignolles is like rebooting your nervous system while raising the bar on what it means to eat, drink, and live well. Already thinking about coming back a 3rd time.
