23/03/2024: Quand on voyage en solo, certains établissements rechignent à vous donner une table (Établissement dans la même station au bout des pistes par exemple). Au Chalet, non. Accueil souriant, sympathique. Même presque au complet, ils m'ont toujours trouvé une solution. J'y suis revenu plusieurs fois sur ma semaine. Service au top !! Sourire, rapidité (sans non plus vous expédier) et attention discrète. Niveau cuisine, pas de surprise: carte de montagne classique. Mais les produits etaient frais et cuisinés. Un plat s'est détaché malgré tout: la poitrine de porc sauce barbecue. Merci pour ces bons moments, je reviendrai.

22/03/2024: Came to this restaurant on a half board basis. Service and food was amazing. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely return. Even made us breakfast pack lunch at short notice as leaving very early next morning. Great.

10/10/2025: The chef's work is precise. The combinations of ingredients and spices are masterful. The dishes are enticing from appetizer to dessert. Authentic, balanced, and indulgent cuisine.

05/02/2026: A fantastic discovery at Le BIS restaurant! The setting is superb, the service attentive, and above all… the cuisine remarkable. Perfectly cooked meats, ultra-fresh fish, and exquisitely delicate seafood. Everything is flavorful, generous, and expertly prepared. A true pleasure from start to finish! This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

30/10/2024: I used it for an important anniversary dinner. Each dish was delicately and carefully prepared and was very delicious. The atmosphere was calm and I was able to enjoy the food and wine slowly. The only thing that was very disappointing was that the way the server presented the menu was inaccurate, and the bill ended up being much more than I expected. On the left page of the first double-page menu given to us, there is a lunch course (48€), and on the right page there is a dinner course (4 dishes, 86€), along with a wine pairing (45€). I ordered this dinner course. I think the course name was "MENU DEGUSTATION." There were no other dinner course prices listed on the back, so at this point I thought there was only one type of dinner course, and the bill was expected to be just under 300€, including the aperitif. I did. However, I was surprised to find that the actual bill I received contained an amount that was about 150€ more than I had expected. When I asked the same server to show me the menu to confirm what I had ordered, I was given a completely different menu than the one I had originally ordered. There was also a single double-page spread with two types of dinner courses listed on the left and right, but on the left was the 4-course 86€ course that I thought I had ordered, and on the right was the 5-course 123€ course, with the pairing being 75€. There was another course that said: I think the course name on the right was also "MENU DEGUSTATION." In other words, we ordered the 86€ "MENU DEGUSTATION" + 45€ wine pairing that was shown on the menu at the beginning, but the restaurant ordered the 123€ "MENU DEGUSTATION" + 45€ wine pairing listed on a different menu. It seems that it was recognized that I had ordered a wine pairing for 75€. Indeed, I received 5 dishes and 5 types of wine, so I couldn't tell you that I had ordered the 86€ course and paid the price, but I was very confused. I probably should have checked during the course, but the website also states that dinner is only a 86€ course, so I was aware of this when making reservations and ordering, and the first menu given to me was correct. I believed that this was the case, and was not aware that there were courses with other prices. Even now, I still don't fully understand the differences between the menus given to me when I ordered and when I paid, and the differences from what's written on the homepage (why are there courses other than 86€?), but I'm assuming that the server did it intentionally. It is a great shame that the menu was presented in this way. Both the food and the wine were delicious, so if I had been satisfied from the beginning and ordered the 123€ course + 75€ pairing, I think I would have been even more satisfied. It was a bad surprise...

30/10/2024: The menu displayed was 2 times cheaper than the final bill. What happened? Be careful!

04/12/2024: The Alès bakery! The bread, pastries and pastries are excellent. The only thing missing is the Viking bread.

24/11/2024: More and more disappointed with your bakery... Pastries often overcooked and dry This Sunday an inedible frozen cake, while spending 26 euros for 6 people.... It's a shame at that price, and I got a response over the phone ''it's the fridge's fault'' 👏

04/08/2024: Cadre parfait, élégamment fleuri. Personnel à l’écoute mais… mais … repas beaucoup trop long, 4h.: cuisine ? Service ? Pas la réponse. Assiettes joliment présentées, mets goûteux, cuisine inventive mais attention : menu enfant au prix du menu découverte adulte (c’est exagéré pour des produits de base enfants ) réfléchir avant de s’engager, c’est abusé !

26/07/2024: On y est allé pour nos 40 ans de mariage. On n'a pas regretté. Très beau restaurant, personnel attentionné et très agréable. Tous les mets sont succulents et super bien présentés. Salle très claire, très fleurie, vue sur la nature.. Il y a un beau parc où l'on peut se promener après le repas et voir des perruches, des perroquets... Tout était parfait.
