08/05/2024: Un endroit unique dans la vallée la plus verte de l'île où l'on ne cesse de revenir à chacun de nos séjours en Corse. Chez Paul-Antoine et Geneviève offre ce que recherche tout voyageur en quête d'authenticité: un accueil sincère, chaleureux, dans le lieu de rencontre du village, une charcuterie artisanale inoubliable, une cuisine généreuse et... corse en tous points : un délice ! Les desserts de Geneviève sont à la hauteur de la cuisine de Paul Antoine et les pizza estivales, n'en parlons pas ! Pour en avoir expérimenté bon nombre, on peut dire que c'est la meilleure table de l'île pour qui souhaite connaître la Corse. Un immense merci à eux.

02/05/2026: My wife and I visited the Ardèche from the U.S. and La Tour Cassée came highly recommended. After eating dinner there, we understood why. The location is breathtaking (we watched the sun set from the outdoor patio) and the food is incredible. The menu is all local and has great options for vegetarians. The wine list is extensive, all natural, and is mostly filled with local producers from the Ardèche. The wonderful couple who run the business were so accommodating and kind. A meal we will remember forever - we feel lucky to have eaten here and hope to return.

01/08/2026: A very pleasant experience that began with Léa's call to explain the late arrival arrangements (we were on the road after a long day at work). A very warm welcome, despite the noise from the beer bar next door (which we couldn't hear in the rooms). The next day, Meline took over for breakfast, which was also excellent. And the bedding: top-notch! In short, a delightful stay with attentive staff.
