20/03/2024: Wir sind schon seit vielen Jahren Gäste des Hotels "Les 3 Vallees" und damit Gäste des Restaurants "Confidentiel", das zuletzt "Olympiski" hieß. Die Küche war bislang immer hervorragend, doch dieses Mal waren wir fast sprachlos: Der neue Küchenchef zauberte kreative, aber nicht verschnörkelte Gerichte, von denen schon viele Sterne-Niveau erreichten. So gab es z.B. als Vorspeise das inzwischen weit verbreitete 65-Grad Ei, aber auf Blattspinat in einer Maiscreme, als Hauptgang ein mit Rübchenscheiben garniertes Kabeljaufilet auf (schwarzem) Venere-Reis, der eingerahmt wurde von einer Pastinaken-Creme, und als Dessert ein Tartelett mit Tupfern von Pistaziencreme und Himbeeren. Das entscheidende war die perfekte Zubereitung. Zum Menü kann man aus 3 Vor-, 3 Haupt- und 8 Nachspeisen wählen. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schließlich ist noch der sehr nette und aufmerksame Service zu erwähnen.

24/01/2024: Nous étions en demi-pension dans l'hôtel, nous avons donc profité du petit déjeuner et du dîner dans ce chouette restaurant. L'accueil y est sympathique et la restauration originale à découvrir. De notre côté nous avions de la peine à faire honneur aux 3 plats (entrée, plat, dessert) car les portions étaient parfois trop grandes mais à la montagne c'est peut-être ce que les clients attendent ! Cela dit, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Un petit bémol pour la soirée italienne qui n'était pas aussi gourmande que les autres soirs.

29/10/2024: THE BOSS HAS NO SPEAK AND OWS ME MONEY AND HE CAN'T ANSWER ME ON THE PHONE. PERSONALLY ASHAMED OF HIM AND I RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO ORDER ANYMORE AND GO HOME. HE STEALS THE GOODS.

19/05/2024: Bonsoir, nous avons dans votre établissement cette après-midi et,comme d'habitude, nous avons pris des glaces.Mon conjoint a demandé à votre serveuse 2 boules de glaces mais qu'elles ne se touchent pas.Du coup,votre serveuse a bien rapporté la commande sauf qu' au moment de l'addition, vous nous avez facturé 1 boule +1 boule à 3,90 chacune alors Ue sur votre carte ,elles sont affichés à 4,50 euros les 2. Donc,nous avons réglé 7,80euros pour 2 boules,nous en avons déduit que le lavage du ramequin nous a couté 3,30euros.Nous ne sommes pas des estivants!!!Nous sommes yonnais. Il suffisait ,de servir les 2 boules sur une assiette longue,etettre une boule à chaque extrémités. Honteuxxxx.

03/05/2024: Excellentes crêpes, prix très raisonnables et accueil très sympathique. Il y a aussi de bonnes glaces , de cafés, thés et chocolat chaud 😊

12/09/2024: I macarons in famiglia piacciono a tutti, per cui, durante il nostro soggiorno a Parigi avevamo già messo in conto di voler fare una visita presso uno dei tanti negozi Ladurée. Trovandoci alla Reggia di Versailles abbiamo scelto di comprarli presso questa sede. Personale cordiale e attento, con garbo e simpatia ci hanno illustrato i vari gusti e le diverse confezioni con i relativi costi. Buonissimi, eccezionali! Personalmente ho amato il gusto Maria Antonietta. Consigliato

22/08/2024: I had a terrible experience this week at the Laduree kiosk cart in the chateau located by the garden entrance near the gift store. I approached the kiosk to ask if I could purchase a bottle of water then a male employee reprimanded me and accused me for skipping the line. This employee made rude and sarcastic comments towards me. He was clearly unstable and irritable. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness at a Laduree location. This employee should highly reconsider working in the customer service industry.

23/03/2026: At 51, these are probably the best sandwiches of my life!!! Excellent bread, charcuterie, and cheese at a very reasonable price!!! Very friendly staff!!! I highly recommend it!!! There's a table outside for enjoying your meal!!!!

02/01/2026: New owner and new name, with a completely renovated shop. You'll still find the same focus on quality products: charcuterie, hams, fine cheeses, and of course, the ever-popular raclette sandwich 🙂 An establishment that retains its authenticity while embracing modernity. Just a word of advice to the new owner: pay attention to the quality of the bread, it's important.

21/07/2024: D'abord l'accueil est très agréable. le patron est très accueillant, sympathique et même on peut se poser la question il ne s'est pas trompé de voix professionnelle il aurait pu être un très bon onemanshow. Le midi même le samedi formule entrée+plat+ dessert à 15€ une très belle surprise mais y a t il un piège? les assiettes vont elles être vides? ben non c'est simple mais c'est bon et copieux (ex: salade de gésier, cuisse de poulet avec pommes sautés, tarte aux pommes). Ne cherchez pas la grande cuisine . C'est vraiment une bonne surprise. Il faut y aller .on passe un bon moment. En final à 3 , on a payé 53€ ouaaaahhhhhhhh. Bravo pour ce prix imbattable. Allez chez Simon.

19/06/2024: Accueil chaleureux, cuisine gustative très bien maitrisée , de bonne qualité, quantité dosée ce qui évite le gaspillage. Cadre agréable. Merci pour la rose . A recommander.

29/03/2024: Niquel we went there with my old branch, my young love Sebi. It was very refreshing for both of us. A moment of love, lucidity and gluttony. I thank this establishment again. Even if at the entrance to the latter we were frightened by the ton of truckers populating the place with their big arms and their bald heads. Fortunately we had a place in front of people so that we could enjoy our tasty dishes in complete peace and quiet. In addition, the prices are quite low. In this world where everything increases, it's good. THANKS

13/03/2024: not knowing the area, this restaurant was pointed out to us by residents of Lons. We have a drink at the bar, and sit down at the table. We waited 40 minutes, and none of the waitresses came to see us, and no one apologized when we went to pay for the drinks. I don't recommend you. We went 2km further, to the Amaryllis, it’s a top restaurant! *it’s a shame, because when we saw the stuffed cabbages, they looked appetizing!
