03/04/2024: Arrivé un peu tard pour un service de midi, il ne restait qu'un plat dispo sur les trois proposés du menu, restaurant plein ou presque donc produits frais ( quand y'a plus y'a plus ) c'est bon signe. Les deux serveuses agréables et souriantes malgré la salle pleine. A la finale on ne nous a même pas fait payer le supplément viande sur le menu, les frites sont fraiches, le steak cuit comme demandé ( assez rare pour signalé ). Bref apéro, entrées, steak frites sce roquefort, vin, café ..... 50 balles. Je dis bravo et merci à toute la brigade et au cuistot.

02/05/2025: It was with great pleasure that we reunited as a family from April 22nd to 27th in this magnificent, spacious, cozy, and tastefully decorated gîte, run by our friends Ghislaine and Bernard. Everything was appreciated: the accessible studio on the ground floor and its amenities, the upstairs bedrooms, the sauna, the fully equipped kitchen (from garlic press to electric coffee makers), the lounge and the many games available, the library, the bicycles… even the "Choue" beer we were able to take home, not to mention the helpfulness and good humor of the owners, whom we were delighted to see again. 19/11/2024: As we were passing through Pamiers to buy a car, we were looking for a small brasserie not far from the point of sale. This brasserie brings together all the elements to have a good time. Copious plates. Excellent meat. Top notch service. We highly recommend.
