15/03/2024: très bel endroit dans un campus avec plusieurs écoles de métiers, dont une axée sur la cuisine et l'hôtellerie où des jeunes se préparent à devenir les futurs chefs étoilés (Michelin ou autre) de la France !! Salle très confortable, élèves dont les cous d'application et TP (Travaux Partiques) se font dans la salle du Restaurant de l'école qui les forme au Bac - P ! Mais les élèves ne sont pas lâché dans la salle pour apprendre tout seuls, chaque équipe est pilotée par des profs, la cuisine par un chef cuisinier prof, la salle de resto par une prof cheffe de salle, etc . Aujourd'hui c'était "la cuisine provençale", on a eu droit à - accueil avec une verrine de salade mixte en petits cubes sur fond de gelée de tomates, décorée d'une tuile de jambon poëlé, accompagnée de pâte d'olives noires et basilic - soupe fraîche de petits légumes épicés - dorade poëlée accompagnée d'un tian extra-goûteux et une petite sauce fine de basilic - une tropézienne avec glace à la vanille petit coulis de lavande, cachée sous une brioche Bravo les jeunes (et leurs profs !) et MERCI pour l'accueil très sympatique

10/05/2026: Our table ordered steak , beef bourguignon , the duck and crème brûlée. Our waiter was friendly and professional. The restaurant had a very relaxed atmosphere, would highly recommend.

I love watching the short videos; you can see the passion and dedication! Well done, and all my best wishes! It's very interesting to watch, and the quality is definitely there. 14/08/2025: Pure meanness! Terrible service, poor product quality, wasps everywhere around the sweets, not a single smile, crepe preparations rotting in the sun... Yet another tourist trap!
