10/09/2026: Major service problem... I arrived at 1 p.m. and there was no one to serve customers. Clearly, the customer isn't king here 🫣 and it doesn't show. The person who was supposed to be serving was stuck at the register making coffees, and we waited and waited... After 10 minutes, we asked if we could be served by someone else who was restocking the sandwich display, but this person asked the first person, who told them to finish what they were doing and not to serve us. We were polite and waited... and no one served us... so we asked again to be served, but no one came... Finally, after three requests and a bit of annoyance, another person finally served us, but the first person had gone to hide in the kitchen.... I was finally served after 20 minutes, but after that, no one served anyone else because the girl was left alone and went back to serving coffees at the register. It would be good to review the service during mealtimes, especially for a sandwich shop, unless you don't need the customers 🤣🤣🤣

09/09/2026: Hello, I'm currently at Feuillette and I ordered a salmon salad. I found a bone in it, so I went to see the woman who served me. She replied, "It's normal that sometimes we don't check the merchandise since we receive it vacuum-packed." Do you find this reaction acceptable? And I left with my salad without any compensation from them.

16/07/2026: We ordered the "Loris Tomato Onion" burger for takeout, which was supposed to be made with steak and chicken. When we got home and opened the burger, we were unpleasantly surprised to find only one steak and a single, tiny piece of chicken. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food for this order.

16/08/2026: I had an appointment at the Pasteur Clinic, so I stopped by for breakfast while I waited. Well, what can I say… what a lovely moment! A warm welcome, freshly squeezed orange juice right in front of you, an excellent pain au chocolat, and very good coffee. All for €5.50! I highly recommend this little establishment right across from the clinic. Well done, keep up the good work!

From the moment we arrived, we received a super warm welcome, and the service from the server was perfect: smiling, pleasant, attentive, and truly caring. It's such a pleasure to meet people who take such care in welcoming their customers. And then… the meat was incredible! 🤤🔥 Perfectly cooked, tender, flavorful, and bursting with taste. We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end! A wonderful discovery, both for the quality of the food and for the warm welcome and service. It's exactly the kind of restaurant we want to recommend to everyone we know. A huge thank you to the whole team for this superb experience ❤️ We will definitely be back! 👏🏼✨

24/09/2026: This morning my husband went to get some mini pastries to enjoy with friends, and to our surprise, the chocolate croissants were all shriveled up and stale, certainly from the day before. We could at least have been warned!

17/10/2026: Excellent fresh dishes, all homemade, at very affordable prices considering the quality... and friendly service. We also really enjoyed the wine, which isn't always the case, and its very reasonable price by the glass or bottle. A more family-friendly restaurant than a tourist trap like so many others.

30/09/2026: Wow! The butcher's cut was exceptional. At 73, I've rarely eaten such tender and flavorful beef. The dessert, the refreshing sundae, was prepared with exquisite finesse and vibrant colors. And to top it all off, the service was impeccable; the four ladies worked with great energy and efficiency. Thank you so much for making this such a wonderful experience.

19/05/2026: Our three-night stay at Domaine de Verchant was an overall remarkable experience, driven above all by the exceptional quality of the Quintinae Suite. The facilities are simply breathtaking: every space seems to have been meticulously designed, from comfort and relaxation to the privacy of the bedrooms. The spacious living/dining room allows us to entertain guests in a refined setting without ever disturbing the tranquility of the suite, while the private entrance via a dedicated elevator provides a particularly welcome sense of discretion and exclusivity. We would also like to highlight the remarkable professionalism of Maxence, our butler throughout our stay. He responded to all our requests with exceptional precision, demonstrating a natural sense of service, a keen attention to detail, and a true talent for organization. His support greatly contributed to the success of our experience, and throughout these three nights, he demonstrated undeniable expertise in the art of hospitality. The estate's facilities, including the spa, also offer a truly rejuvenating experience in an elegant and soothing environment. Despite these numerous positive aspects, a few drawbacks mar the overall picture and prevent the establishment from fully reaching the level of excellence it aspires to. Housekeeping and management services were sometimes lacking in rigor, notably with food scraps from the previous day under a table, unemptied kitchen bins, and a coffee table found dirty and sticky the next morning. We also noted some errors in overcharging for certain room charges. Finally, the service at the gourmet restaurant for lunch proved particularly slow, taking over two and a half hours for a four-course menu. These various elements unfortunately give the impression that there is sometimes a lack of consistency in standards and rigor between the different departments of the hotel. This is all the more regrettable given the undeniable potential and overall quality of the establishment. Nevertheless, we will gladly return to rediscover the beauty of Domaine de Verchant, while hoping that certain adjustments will be made so that the experience fully lives up to the exceptional standard of the place.

14/05/2026: I discovered this place thanks to friends and I absolutely loved it! All the dishes are truly wonderful. I also appreciate that they offer lower prices on certain days, so everyone can enjoy a 5-star experience. The setting is magnificent! It's a little tricky to find the entrance and exit if you're on foot! I'll be back!

29/08/2026: We wanted to reserve a table for Saturday evening, August 28th, but there was no staff available to answer the phone. Oh well, we'll try another restaurant; they've lost customers.
