14/02/2026: The crepes were excellent, but that's the only positive thing to say. The service was deplorable, completely disrespectful. The waitress didn't even say hello, asked us to pay when we'd barely started eating our crepes, and then left us to calculate the bill. All this in a tone that made it seem like we were bothering her. The customer isn't always right, but a smile and a few polite words aren't free.

14/02/2026: The crepe was reheated and served cold with a minimal amount of Nutella. The drink arrived 15 minutes after the crepe, meaning 30 minutes after ordering. A terrible experience, I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

18/01/2026: Super local place, it seems very one knows everyone there. Despite the reviews I think the food was much better than expected, the service was nice and the atmosphere is truly local and Parisian. A place to come back to.

15/01/2026: Le Franc Tireur serves delicious food—so good that we ate there twice during our stay in Paris. Everything we tried was flavorful and well prepared, making it a place we were happy to return to. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

17/01/2026: We are good customers because we love the pizzas, they're fantastic... but we're very disappointed with the staff every time. They're cold, unfriendly, and unfriendly, with no smiles and a very impersonal atmosphere. They just take your order at the table... no advice or recommendations... it feels like you're in a fast-food joint... what a shame... for an establishment located on Place Stanislas... to preserve this place, the manager needs to rethink their approach.

17/01/2026: A great find! We had a delicious meal at a reasonable price with friendly service, all without a reservation, and on a Saturday lunchtime no less, despite the restaurant being packed! Located just steps from Place Stanislas, I highly recommend it.

18/01/2026: Very cold welcome. For half the dishes we wanted, the waitress told us: impossible, they didn't have them. Personally, I asked for two different pizzas, she told me it wasn't possible, so I settled for a classic. One of the people with me wanted to order a Paris-Brest, which was on the menu. The waitress told him, they didn't have it. The meat was very tough. Plus, there wasn't a proper knife to cut it. A restaurant I absolutely do not recommend. It's a shame, because the setting was really nice.

20/12/2025: Dinner as a group and we were disappointed with the meal. The pasta was undercooked and lukewarm, the carbonara was very disappointing. The burger was practically cold and the wine had a lot of sediment. The only positive points were the very pretty decor and the presentation of the dishes.

24/11/2025: All lies. Photos are fake. No sauna. No hot tub. Don't stay here. We reserved this hotel specifically because it was advertised to have a hot tub and sauna. On checking in we were charged twice. After this we were told there is no sauna, steam room or hot tub, the pool is at a different hotel, 5 km away, and there is an additional 50 Euro fee to use the sauna, which the owner had just told us does not exist. After a battle we got one of the duplicate charges returned. This place is not a good place. There is no honesty in advertising and nothing special here. Dingy small rooms, separate tiny single beds, no views, there is nothing really of any interest or value here.

09/11/2025: Despite a minor issue with the online reservation due to the establishment being closed for holidays, the owner quickly found a solution. It's generally recommended to book by phone. A very warm welcome awaits you at this family-run business, now in its fifth generation; you can feel the dedication of every staff member. The restaurant is fantastic, with a super friendly waitress who provided helpful explanations about the local area and knew her dishes and wines well. The crispy andouillette sausage was excellent, featuring local products. A nice bonus is the gas station right across the street.
