31/03/2026: Very disappointed!! We came two years ago during peak season and thoroughly enjoyed the mussels. This time, the mussels were tiny and cold. The waitress was rude when she asked if everything was alright, and when we told her the mussels were really small, she said that was normal, they were Irish mussels. Of course, this wasn't mentioned beforehand. The curried mussels were full of unmixed curry paste. Luckily, the Dame Blanche (a dessert made up for the disappointment somewhat, but neither we nor our friends will be returning.

06/04/2026: As a couple from Châtelaillon, we've tried quite a few restaurants, but this one stands out: our absolute favorite, our two favorites... 👌 A little gem and a very pleasant surprise. The setting and interior decor are magnificent, the owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the quality of service, with its very friendly and pleasant waiters, contributes greatly to the overall experience, ensuring we always have a great time. As for the food, it's flawless. The cocktails are superb (I recommend the Barbie Spitz and the Porn Star: absolute gems!), and the cuisine is simply divine... A delight! For the menu, I recommend the small salmon and shrimp casserole as a starter—a real treat. The food is as beautiful as it is delicious, both the à la carte menu and the daily specials... Special mention goes to the vegetables of the day, always original and delicious... Bravo and compliments to the chef and his sous-chef... The value for money is truly excellent as well, allowing you to enjoy delicious homemade dishes and a wonderful experience. In short, everything is perfect... Thank you again for everything 🤗

02/06/2026: Our room was in the attic, quite small, and not very comfortable. The bathroom, however, was new, large, and excellent. The location near the park is a real plus: about 300 meters away, less than a 5-minute walk. A large public parking lot just around the corner makes choosing this hotel an easy decision. (Low fee, free at night)

03/05/2026: Impeccable service, a full breakfast, and a very friendly and attentive staff. The room was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town opposite the church, allowing you to get around without a car throughout your stay. The spa was also very pleasant. We will definitely return! 17/05/2026: My experience in the beginning was to be honest sonewhst mixed, but then „Nicolas“ and „Luisa“ from the front office (supported by the front office manager) made a difference, so I decided to provide a good review. Sometimes, unexpected things might happen, but what matters then also is how relevant stakeholders deal with the situation and they did outstanding.. Merci beaucoup.

17/07/2026: We ate at Auberge Monnet and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! For starters, the small fish and a plate of olive oil and fresh tomato sorbet were delicious and very original. The trout carpaccio, served with delicious seasonal tomatoes, was incredibly fresh. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly cooked. To finish, the profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate and their homemade craquelin topping were simply excellent. All the dishes were very well prepared, with high-quality ingredients and plenty of flavor. The service was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. 20/07/2026: Restaurant L'Appart is a beautiful and romantic restaurant. It is ideal for a romantic date. The restaurant is located on the first floor and is accessed through a narrow alley. The staff is willing to help and advise. We ordered "Duck breast in red currant sauce with potatoes" and "Lamb shank (slow cooked) with meat jus & served with homemade mashed potatoes". Both dishes were delicious. Visiting the restaurant was a great experience both in terms of culinary and romantic atmosphere.

18/07/2026: A good restaurant, lovely decor. The best part was the air-conditioned dining room, perfect during the heatwave. Quality ingredients, delicious dishes.

07/07/2026: The "mountain chalet" decor is truly stunning. That's what drew us in. Old wood and a small fountain on the terrace. But the wait was far too long; an hour for the daily specials. The service wasn't very professional. The presentation of the dishes was a bit too elaborate, at the expense of the taste. The beef tartare was unseasoned, and the warm goat cheese salad was mediocre. All this for an exorbitant price (€23 for the daily special). It's a shame the promise wasn't kept. I won't be back.

05/07/2026: Beautiful mountain setting. The food is generally good, although we were disappointed by the tartiflette which was swimming in cream with little cheese flavor – a shame for a dish costing over 20 euros.
