24/08/2026: The owner is a scammer, talking about discounts, free items, etc. It's not true, thankfully not all restaurants are like escort services. Beef skewers 🥩 small portions, little meat—it's good to be careful, but to treat customers like animals is extremely serious.

01/11/2026: You'll be served by a less than friendly waitress, who is bossy with her customers and completely lacking in empathy. Hospitality and friendliness are clearly not welcome here. And it's not for lack of having pointed it out, yet the waitress didn't even bother to apologize or reflect on her behavior. The walls of the dining rooms are in a deplorable state. The view into the kitchen doesn't suggest it's in any better condition… The smell of the food is nauseating. In short, avoid this place; there's nothing to salvage. In response to Tristan's review: Everyone is free to share their experience. Your satisfaction as a regular customer doesn't negate mine. There were indeed 15 of us at the table, and the feeling was mixed. I simply recounted a personal experience and the behavior I encountered, as well as the establishment's lack of response. I have no reason to question my testimony, any more than you have any reason to question my honesty.

02/07/2026: We were there for a corporate event in the summer. The venue is beautiful and pleasant, and the service was excellent. We were seated outdoors (some areas were covered, others not) with a few places to sit, but most people were standing. We were mainly indoors in the evening for the dance. I highly recommend this venue.

15/12/2025: Full little restaurant bar situated at the train station where you can watch the trains wooshhhh by as you are eating a delicious locally sourced meal or an expertly prepared cocktail. A fun experience to take in while visiting Guethary!

31/07/2026: I simply wanted to say that the only time I came, I came in for a drink and asked the waiter if she was a virgin. He then looked at my colleague and said, in a serious and condescending tone, "She's not a virgin, she's just an alcoholic," before turning his back on her. I found this remark disrespectful and inappropriate.

07/10/2026: I came with friends; it was my first time here, and I really enjoyed the experience. We ordered the ravioli, which were excellent, and a big yes to the meat! It was cooked to perfection: lightly grilled and crispy on the outside, with a perfectly cooked center. The fish was also very good. I also really liked the green salad, especially the dressing, which was truly delicious. For dessert, the mille-feuille and the chocolate were delightful, served with ice cream. The servers were pleasant, as was the chef. I highly recommend this place! Next time, I'll try their quenelles, which already look so tempting. 😊

30/06/2026: I stopped at this rest area for McDonald's, and to my surprise, it was closed at 10:15 PM. Honestly, it's ridiculous! What's the point of being at a motorway rest area if it's going to close so early? Otherwise, the rest area itself was nice; the gentleman who served us was very friendly.

23/06/2026: As a hot chocolate lover, Paul stores are my favorite. Their hot chocolate is smooth and flavorful, even a little too chocolatey. It's best to ask them to add a little milk because otherwise it's like drinking melted chocolate 😋
