08/07/2026: Excellent brasserie with great value for money! The daily menu is always delicious and the atmosphere is very friendly! Children are welcome, which is a real plus!

06/07/2026: I never normally leave reviews, but I received extremely poor service from the waiter. He made several very unpleasant remarks to our group because one of us mistakenly called a 1664 beer "1668." This was followed by a barrage of derogatory comments, including comparing our group to a circus act when he took our order. The waiter even had the nerve to comment on his trip to the restroom before taking our order. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unacceptable.

02/07/2026: We had the 3-course menu: 1. Frog legs – 9/10 🐸 2. Grilled salmon with French fries and salad – 1/10. The salmon tasted like it had been deep-fried. It soaked up so much oil that it was impossible to eat. 3. Profiteroles with chocolate cream – 20/10 ❤️‍🔥 Absolutely amazing, the perfect dessert

01/07/2026: A wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the service is super friendly and helpful. A huge plus is that we didn't have to wait long for the food. The dishes themselves were delicious and beautifully presented.

26/05/2026: My wife and I recently spent our vacation in Paris after traveling from Italy, and while exploring the city with friends, we decided to stop at the Café George V on the Avenue des Champs-Élysées for a coffee. We found the service to be excellent and the location itself is undeniably iconic, yet the experience was dampened by the prices, which are enormously high and feel completely disproportionate to what you actually receive. While the coffee was good, it simply does not justify the significant amount of money spent, and in our opinion, not even the prestigious location is enough to make the cost worthwhile.

24/05/2026: Waiter didn't show up after ordering. Noisy, and we were placed near the entrance where the door was wide open and outside temperatures were in the high 40s (otherwise, cold!)

31/05/2026: Very pleasantly surprised. We were looking for a last-minute hotel in the afternoon. The very attractive price might have made us doubt the quality. The welcome was very professional and cheerful. The room and bathroom were very clean and functional. We expected to find very outdated facilities based on some reviews and photos, but that wasn't the case at all. 🙂 The bedding and linens were very satisfactory. The breakfast is more than adequate for 10 euros (basic sweet and savory buffet, fresh products, good quality coffee). You get a real "family-friendly" atmosphere if you take the time to chat with the staff.

22/07/2026: Small room with no closet or hangers. Large private bathroom. We booked half board, and dinner consisted of a salad appetizer, a main course of creamed potatoes with a large sausage, and dessert, a slice of cake. If that sounds like dinner to you,

27/06/2026: A small restaurant that could easily be a regular spot, but unfortunately, the food isn't anything special. It's rather average. The meat was mediocre and the fries weren't good. I think it was because the potatoes were old, or at least mealy. However, the welcome and service are very good. By improving the food, it could become a pleasant place, especially given its location.

I especially want to highlight the warm welcome and professionalism of the young women who served me this afternoon: smiling, pleasant, patient, and very attentive. 31/05/2026: Great food, but the terrible service ruined our final night in France. The chefs here are incredibly talented. The beef with ravioli and the seafood in bisque sauce were fantastic. Sadly, the front of house staff ruined the hard work of the kitchen. We were ignored for 30 minutes after being seated, while tables who arrived after us ordered first. No focaccia is served while other tables got served once seated. After finally getting our food (which came out quickly), trying to pay took forever. Two different servers ignored our request for the bill, and my partner had to stand up at the table like a beacon just to get someone to take our money. A simple meal of just mains and drinks dragged on for 2.5 hours solely due to staff incompetency. Instead of a nice final stroll through Nice, we had to sprint to the train station. Brilliant kitchen, but the service is lacking and is an absolute joke.

17/07/2026: I discovered this place a few months ago and was completely charmed by both the setting and the quality of the service. It's a very welcoming place where you feel right at home, and Anna has a lot to do with that. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. Come one, come all!

15/07/2026: We celebrated our wedding in this simply magnificent venue! The view, the surroundings, the menu, the quality of the food, the owner's flexibility, Anna's dedication to service! A wonderful evening, I recommend it 200%!

18/07/2026: Once again, a fantastic welcome and great advice. The staff are really friendly, and there's a great atmosphere. The bread is good, as are the pastries and pizzas. The pizzas are reasonably priced ☺. I can't comment on the sandwiches and cakes as I didn't try them. The service is quick. The only thing missing is an online ordering system to make it perfect!

10/07/2026: This is my second time at Ange, and unfortunately, I won't be going back. I'd heard about the lack of hygiene, but this is true, as you can see in the photo. There was a cockroach crawling in my dessert container. So, I won't be eating my dessert. Be very careful, or run away quickly!! Otherwise, the staff is pleasant.

27/06/2026: We ordered two cappuccinos here. To be honest, they were of very poor quality. I mentioned this when paying the bill. It was flatly denied (‘real Italian coffee’), which was perhaps the worst part. Nothing was done about the price either. That’s asking for a bad review. Of course, I can’t say anything about the rest of what they offer.
