18/07/2026: Friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant. On paper, it seems like an effective choice to satisfy everyone's tastes. However, despite the wide selection on the menu, your choices will be limited to soggy fries, empty mussels, and undercooked pizzas.

14/07/2026: Very good, generous portions, remember to book even at lunchtime as it gets busy, which is very positive but as a result the service can be a little slow, you have to be able to take your time because everyone is responsive but they can't be everywhere, they do as much as they can, well done nonetheless.

26/07/2026: One evening, two of us ordered in-store and requested delivery to Eysines. We ordered a Savoyarde and a Cannibale (large, thin-crust). The delivery was on time and the pizzas arrived without any problems. The toppings were very average, there were no sachets of seasoned oil, and the slicing could have been better (uneven portions). The taste was also just average. We're not sure we'd recommend it.

22/07/2026: I placed an online order on a Tuesday evening during a promotional period. It was accepted and then canceled because, according to them, it seemed "too late" and they thought it was a JOKE!? It's unbelievable that they'd rather cancel a paid order than prepare it. Not to mention the unpleasant behavior of the employees who had nothing to say except to come back tomorrow (a day without a promotion, of course). Yes, they called me twice, but at 11 p.m. from an unknown number. Who answers an unknown number at that hour? A text message or a voicemail would have been more than enough to verify if the order was legitimate. In the end, I was left without a meal, even though I was counting on that order. If you no longer wish to take orders at a certain time, simply disable online ordering instead of wasting your customers' time. A truly unprofessional way of doing things.

15/05/2026: Second stay at this hotel. We booked a deluxe suite with a spa bath, half-board, and access to the relaxation area. We were, however, a little disappointed with the first meal, as the set menu was mandatory with no choice available, but this wasn't mentioned when we booked, which was a shame. For the second evening, we had the gourmet menu with a choice of two courses, and it was an exquisite meal! During our first stay, for just one night, we enjoyed the gourmet menu from the very first evening. We even extended our stay by an extra night in a standard room with the half-board option, which also included the gourmet menu. Despite this, our stay was pleasant. The staff is excellent, and the second evening's meal was delicious.

11/07/2026: Very good and very welcoming. Relaxing atmosphere for the meal. Family of 5. We come from Brittany and rarely find menus with so many choices, both savory and sweet. We highly recommend it. And we will return with just as much pleasure. Thank you to them.

24/06/2026: Superb mountain chalet, easily accessible, right at the chairlift exit. Accommodation available on site, with a set menu in summer and several hiking trails starting from the chalet. A varied menu is offered in winter.

05/04/2026: We sat down with four children, waited 30 minutes, and were told it was going to be very slow. Okay. 30 minutes later, the waitress took pity on us and came to take our order. The owner walked by and told her, "No, you don't take orders, you have to see who's left first." Great for the customer! We waited an hour, weren't even sure we'd get any food, and were just a way for them to optimize their stock. The waitress said, "See how they talk to their customers and staff? You'd be better off going somewhere else." We left without any regrets.

01/07/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The olive bread was the last straw: three times we found whole olive pits hidden in the crumb. It's dangerous, and I almost lost a tooth! Besides that, the bread itself is frankly not good. Generally speaking, the bread is very average. The pastries aren't anything special either, and they're often stale, with the bottoms completely burnt. As for the prices, they're completely outrageous. A simple slice of lasagna at €9.50 is more expensive than at many caterers, for a quality that doesn't match. I've tried to support this business for a long time because it's the only bakery near Plan du Castellet, but this time, it's too much. I won't be going back.

06/07/2026: I came to this place to celebrate a colleague's retirement. At first, I'd seen some bad reviews, so I didn't know what to expect, and I was really very happy. It just goes to show that bad reviews aren't always justified. We ate well, the service was excellent, and the DJ was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect for a great evening, and I'll definitely be back... Everyone loved it, and there were 32 of us. So don't pay attention to the bad reviews and go see for yourself; I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I recommend it 100%!
