09/07/2026: A blonde woman with glasses and a horrible fringe gave me terrible service and dared to tell me that they "do their best". I ordered two simple cookies and the waitress chirps after taking my order to make me understand that it's not her problem and that she's "fed up", knowing that other customers also had terrible service, probably even worse than mine.

28/02/2026: Arriving at 11 a.m. in the midst of a raging storm, the new owners and their team welcomed us early and offered us shelter! This perfectly illustrates the generosity with which they strive to serve their customers! Their crepes were excellent, very generously filled, and plentiful. There was a wide variety of choices on the menu! The location is perfect; it's a great place to eat! Thank you for your hospitality!

28/03/2026: Hello, So why 5 stars? I'm from Normandy, and when I come to the Lille area, this is exactly the kind of brasserie where I like to relax! You can tell that things are done right here; you'll find the traditions of good living: a warm "Bonjour" full of smiles, you'll feel the pleasure of being welcomed. The same goes for the food; the steak tartare, the same one I used to eat at my aunt's butcher shop in Wattignies, is delicious. So, I highly recommend it. And a big BRAVO and THANK YOU for contributing to the success of our stay in Lille.

10/04/2026: We had the pleasure of dining in a spacious and very pleasant room. The service was impeccable, the dishes varied and creative, and the chef extremely friendly. We highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Surprisingly, my review left on Sunday, February 16, 2025, has disappeared? There was no welcome at this restaurant; we had to ring the bell to announce our arrival. The only thing to keep us warm was the fireplace. No tablecloths on the tables? There were few customers that Sunday, making it a bad experience for us. The servers were polite, but the undercooked squab, surrounded by fat instead of quail, left a bitter taste in my mouth.

12/07/2026: We usually come to this place very often but I can guarantee you that this will be our last time here. First, we had A GIGANTIC INSECT in our salad bowl if someone took one small look before serving it to us they would have seen it, this shows the lack of attention while preparing and serving the food, when we showed it to them they took our plates like it was nothing without even apologizing!! Second, the service was horrible, the waiter was just waving and doing signs for us to do his work, and their behavior was awful overall. It’s unacceptable to be treated like this, at least an apology was very much needed.

09/07/2026: Nice cafe with affordable mocktails and drinks. They allowed people to stay more to watch the World Cup match even though they were closing and staff is nice and effective. I highly recommend.

21/07/2026: A truly memorable appearance this past Saturday, July 18th – what a night! The atmosphere was simply incredible from beginning to end. Special mention to the DJ who was absolutely amazing and brought such incredible energy to the dance floor. I sincerely hope to see him again here; the experience was truly unique!

14/06/2026: Terrible experience. They are refusing entry to people (including us) based on cultural background and appearance… very strange

21/04/2026: The stay was, as always, very pleasant. However, breakfast was clearly not up to the hotel's usual standard this year. The selection of hot dishes was particularly limited and repetitive, consisting mainly of average-quality poultry sausage and white rice each morning. The offering lacked variety and refinement, especially compared to previous seasons when breakfast was significantly better. This is why my rating is lower in this respect.

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.

05/07/2026: The products are of good quality (bread, pastries, etc.), but I no longer frequent this bakery, like many people around me. We all share the same observation: this haughty and incredibly unpleasant waitress, who radically changes her behavior and acts like the perfect saleswoman in front of her bosses, but when she's alone, she's disrespectful to customers, speaks to you with contempt, and shows no politeness whatsoever, not even a greeting. This inconsistent service has forced me to choose another bakery, like many others in the town. It's as if she's trying to bankrupt the business. I'll gladly return when this person is no longer there. Given the numerous complaints about this saleswoman in the town, it's perhaps time to take action to win back the dozens of customers who can no longer tolerate her haughty and inappropriate way of serving bread. She should be filmed to see the differences in service because it's truly unbelievable!

12/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We arrived with a confirmed reservation but could not access the accommodation. Reception was unattended, and the emergency contact number was unreachable despite several attempts. As a result, we were left standing in front of the hotel without accommodation and without any assistance. The lack of communication and support was unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise others to avoid it.

09/06/2026: A very friendly man at reception upon arrival. And a young woman at check-out who didn't even say hello and didn't even look at you. The location is quiet and the apartment is spacious and clean. €59 for the room was inexpensive. However, a little friendliness would have made it even better.

20/07/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The mussels weren't great and the staff weren't very friendly. Furthermore, we were there for a birthday celebration and no gesture of goodwill was offered. A shame, as it would have been appreciated.

20/07/2026: I ate the Margherita pizza because I hate to waste food, but for something homemade, the ingredients were really not up to scratch. The €24.50 set menu included a good fish soup, a rouille that had no flavor whatsoever, and a very good scallop gratin despite it being out of season (so it was frozen). The apple tart was a mystery because it had pastry cream. I wasn't familiar with that version. Overall, the service was very good.

23/06/2026: We stumbled upon this place while passing through! A very pleasant spot with a beautiful view, the mojito and appetizer platter were fantastic 👍 and the mussels and fries were superb! The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly! We had a wonderful evening!

21/03/2026: I am of North African origin and I am proud of it. When I first tried to sit down, I felt people staring, then I understood when I was served! I had no business being there, in a racist restaurant!

23/06/2026: It's a restaurant I really like. I go there regularly... but I called twice to make sure it was air-conditioned... and they told me "yeah." But no, it's not air-conditioned. It's just a closed door and terrace with the outside exposed.

21/06/2026: The welcome was very unpleasant. The service was limited. They advertise an air-conditioned room, but in reality, it's just a weak little fan that doesn't cool anything at all. The fish and chips was served without fries.
