22/10/2026: We stopped for dinner, and the restaurant security guard touched us, even though we were just going to have dinner. He wanted to be paid for parking. Extremely rude. If possible, avoid this embarrassment; there's no sign with restrictions and prices… terrible.

08/10/2026: We stumbled upon a very pleasant discovery during our trip: home-style cooking that was surprisingly good for a roadside inn, and a warm welcome. Just one small point for improvement: the parking attendant's welcome wasn't the most encouraging. Luckily, we didn't pay it any mind, otherwise we might have passed by and that would have been a shame.

23/09/2026: Very welcoming. Generous portions. We enjoyed our meals: a Normandy-style hamburger and a savory crepe, finished with a coffee. It was a very pleasant experience.

23/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, great value for money. The menu is extensive. The waitress was fantastic, I highly recommend it. No waiting after ordering. Good communication between the dining room and the kitchen. Don't hesitate, you'll be delighted and very satisfied. Everyone pitches in.

22/02/2026: A very pleasant little restaurant with good food. We came in February 2026 and had a very good daily special (cod loin with aioli and vegetables). I recommend it.

17/10/2026: The setting and decor are outdated. A lack of modernity is also evident in the cuisine. Bland flavors, unoriginal, tasteless. It doesn't justify its star. The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night. The price is disproportionate to the quality of the food.

11/10/2026: Let's be honest, we would have liked a touch of seasoning or a little something extra to give it a double wow factor! But honestly, you can't go wrong with this place. We're perhaps so used to creating incredible dining experiences that I prefer to be frank about my feedback (never in the heat of the moment). But honestly, a truly wonderful culinary experience. 20/10/2026: Very disappointed by the cleanliness of the establishment. The floor was stained and sticky, the tables weren't cleaned and were also sticky. The toilets were even worse. Limited choice, and the cakes were very mediocre. Kudos to the two waitresses who were very friendly and smiling.

04/10/2026: I went there when it was hot up there; it must have been 50 degrees Celsius. I even sweated from my legs.

25/04/2026: Good, generous portions. The daily menu is limited to one starter and one main course; depending on your preferences, there are no other options besides the à la carte menu, but the prices remain reasonable.

21/04/2026: I'm very disappointed with my last order. The pizza arrived way overcooked, almost burnt, and very dry. The fries were really bad. Furthermore, the price charged was higher than the price on the menu, which isn't right. Frankly, it was much better under the previous owner. I hope you'll take this feedback into account and that the quality will improve. I won't be back.

04/08/2026: The nightly activities are fantastic. However, I wouldn't recommend the rest. The portions are often too small, or the food simply isn't good. As for the service, we had to go and find the waiters ourselves; there's a real lack of organization. It's a shame, because the potential is there.

14/09/2026: Everything was perfect, even though the server was constantly rushing around because of the crowd. The portions were generous; I ordered an extra-large chicken skewer and couldn't finish it. My wife had the mussels and fries and she loved it.

12/09/2026: A salad for lunch. The chicken salad was generously portioned. The chicken was homemade breaded with a seeded coating. Tender and hot. Parmesan shavings. A bit too much salad dressing, straight from a container. Dessert: Alpine ice cream. Very good. In September. Quick and friendly service from a smiling waitress.

From the moment we arrived, we felt we were in excellent hands, and throughout the meal, the service was impeccable. The cuisine was simply exceptional. Each dish was a true delight—refined, generous, and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and all our guests were delighted. Thank you for helping make this day so special and unforgettable. 10/08/2026: A wonderful family dinner on a Saturday night. Everything is homemade with love. We discovered a lovely little drink first (see photo 💓). For starters, burrata and tomatoes on a bed of salad: perfectly seasoned, or duck breast… For the main course: chicken or salmon with divinely prepared baby vegetables: crispy fennel with Parmesan, glazed carrot, and jacket potato with chives… and dessert (pictured): small strawberries from the garden with homemade apricot tart… a delight of textures and flavors that harmonize beautifully… in short, add to that impeccable service: because the owner does EVERYTHING! Bravo 🎈🎉, a moment in tune with life's rhythm, the seasons, and the time needed to prepare, serve, savor, and marvel at the authentic flavors of dishes prepared with precision. 🫶🫶 Thank you for this lovely time spent on the terrace in this historic abbey setting ❤️❤️

09/07/2026: An exceptional welcome, a delicious €28 set menu, everything homemade with local produce. For pianists, a superb Playel baby grand piano at the back of the room. If you are a large group, reservations are essential.

02/09/2026: I went by at 1 p.m. with my friend. I was looking inside the restaurant because it seemed empty, and suddenly a man at the bar yelled at me, saying it was closed. I politely replied, "Okay, no problem," and then asked about the opening hours so I could come back another time. This same man responded in a very disrespectful way that there were no set hours! If he doesn't want customers, he won't get any, but when you're in business, you have opening hours, and you answer politely without being aggressive. I never leave negative reviews, but this time I felt attacked, and it deserves a 1-star rating!
