29/05/2026: Hello, We arrived with the classic car club (50 people) on Pentecost Sunday at lunchtime. We were warmly welcomed by friendly and efficient staff who were very accommodating to customers' schedules. 👍 The meal was decent for the price. The decor had a slightly nostalgic feel, taking us back to bygone years.

06/05/2026: We ordered duck breast and got 5 slices with blue cheese sauce, presented like soup. Nothing special, really.

26/07/2026: Good self-service restaurant with a choice of dishes; I go there often and am always very satisfied 😉

26/07/2026: This Sunday, I made a quick stop at Flunch, wanting to enjoy a pastry or some delicious ice cream. A decent selection, and the staff were friendly and kind. Thank you, thank you for making it possible, through your presence and your work, to find a place where we can spend a pleasant moment. We highly recommend this place.

08/08/2026: Excellent fast food restaurant on the port of Bonifacio, with a varied menu featuring both classic and typical Corsican flavors – exactly what we were looking for. Sweet and savory options, as well as drinks, were all delicious. And the service was top-notch and quick! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quick bite between sightseeing trips, beach outings, or while waiting for a boat.

31/07/2026: We only had one drink. When I went to pay, I noticed the bill was higher than I expected. The owner (who served us) sighed. As a result, four more drinks were added to the bill, including €10 cocktails.

26/07/2026: Unfortunately the food was pretty average, No cold wine, no ice, dirty cutlery. Very disappointed.

26/07/2026: We had an excellent meal here which you could not fault. The Thai curry was outstanding and so much food we could barely finish it all. The service was attentive and the atmosphere busy without being overcrowded - highly recommended.

08/04/2026: The bill was a bit steep. Sirloin steak with morels was €29.50, the all-you-can-eat fried carp and salmon trout was €26.90, and a Vacherin cheese was €7.50. It's a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. Just so you know.

29/03/2026: Today, a large majority of cooks no longer make their own fries, mayonnaise, whipped cream... This greatly diminishes the quality of a good meal. That said, the fried food is good, as are the blueberry tart and crème brûlée. The waitress is friendly and smiling.

19/04/2026: Very well located on the Place d'Armes. The problem is, you sit on the terrace... and even after 30 minutes, nobody comes... it's happened to us several times, so when it's like that, we don't stay and we go somewhere else. It's a shame because this bar could really do well and be busy, but it seems like the management doesn't care... Perhaps it's time for a change of ownership?

07/08/2026: Hey, congratulations to the whole team! Lunch with colleagues during a business trip. We ordered three daily specials, and we said we were in a hurry. They explained they were operating with reduced service due to the holidays. But they gave it their all, absolutely fantastic! And they didn't neglect the quality of the food, the attentive service, or the French-style service. Thank you, it's a pleasure to eat at your place. I highly recommend this great spot in Delle. I apologize, but I didn't take any pictures of the dishes this time, but it was so delicious!

03/08/2026: The service was very good, but it's a shame the veal was overcooked… and the sauce was far too runny! The macaron was definitely not fresh, which is a real shame.

29/07/2026: Really disappointed now, no more ice cubes for the water, so it's warm, no more potato noisettes on the menu, cooked carrots were cold, minced steak was cold… I no longer recommend it, huge drop in service quality.

16/07/2026: There are far fewer choices than in the past at this store.

17/07/2026: I chose a duck confit thinking it was a safe bet. Unfortunately, it was dry, with no sauce or the usual fat. The skin was overcooked and resembled toasted parmesan discs. Perhaps I just had bad luck that day.

15/07/2026: Visitee during a very hot day and enjoyed the call atmosphere, chilled water and lovely french omlette!

22/02/2026: We had a very bad experience at this restaurant, as the manager/owner spoke very rudely to her kitchen staff and the waitress. We felt uncomfortable and couldn't enjoy our meal together. We understand that the restaurant was full and that this caused stress, but the management needs to be reviewed. We waited an hour before being served, and what's more, the vacherin was served frozen, making it inedible.

17/02/2026: Refusal to serve more than 15 people under the pretext that regular customers wouldn't be served. We were offered two alternating groups... how convenient for a friendly atmosphere! Small, local businesses in the countryside are struggling to survive; it's hard to understand how you can make such a decision. I hope your regulars will help you keep your business afloat!

05/06/2026: We stayed here for our honeymoon before our wedding at Chateau de Paon. It was an oasis, with gorgeous rooms and great service. Breakfast is pricy but so good that if you take your time it’s worth every penny.

17/05/2026: Wow… it's so beautiful! 🤩 A magnificent hotel, superbly located in the heart of the old town! The outdoor ambiance is incredible, and the rooms are just as stunning. What more could you ask for when you arrive in paradise?! 😇🤩🙏

05/08/2026: 31 years old. I've been coming to Vaux-sur-Mer since 1995, the year I was born. Obviously, I have no memories of the early years. However, as far back as I can remember, the Maison Blanche meal was, and still is, the highlight of my holidays. Every year, with unwavering loyalty, I share a meal with family, friends, or my partner, overlooking the ocean. And let's talk about that meal. This incredible poolside menu always starts with anchovies in pesto sauce, followed by mussels Maison Blanche style. A true delight. Personally, I've never ordered anything else. Much to the chagrin of my friends, who are fans of sole and sea bream. Thank you for not changing the menu, year after year, and for allowing me this little Proustian moment for so many years now. Besides the restaurant, MB also holds many memories of fabulous nights before taking the shuttle to Rancho, the memories of which after that journey remain somewhat hazy. As a tourist passing through, I can only urge you to order the mussels one summer evening and then stay to sip a few cocktails by the pool. Thank you, MB. See you next year.

05/08/2026: Nice setting, but they're getting really stingy... Let me explain! (From a professional's perspective, being in the business) I've been coming for several years, and access to the pool ends after 5:30 pm despite a €50 bill! Not cool for the kids. They don't even have peanuts with the drinks anymore!!! And on top of that, there's no table service! You have to clear the tables of the previous customers' drinks, go order your own drinks, and serve yourself. Will we have to make our own cocktails next year?

03/06/2026: Imagine my surprise when I checked my emails at 8 p.m. (after work), the day of my arrival, to find that your establishment, which I had booked in advance and for which you confirmed my reservation, had cancelled my booking that very morning. I received no call to inform me directly. Since I don't check my emails regularly during the day, I only noticed the cancellation far too late. I was thus left without accommodation for the night. This situation is particularly regrettable and demonstrates a clear lack of consideration for customers.
