21/03/2026: A neighborhood bar and restaurant with many regulars. The owner runs the kitchen and the dining room. The food is simple, home-style, but tasty. Located opposite the train station, the bar and restaurant are very reasonably priced. And thanks to the modest price of the daily menu, it offers good value for money.

02/08/2026: We just ate at this restaurant, which we stumbled upon after visiting the Calanques...it was really lovely, we were with our two children. The service was quick, the staff welcoming and attentive. The portions were generous. The terrace had a misting fan...Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it.

The waiter made me pay right away, just in case I tried to make a run for it—I was on my bike 😂. First and last time! And yet I work right next door at the Ministry of the Armed Forces.

12/05/2026: I highly recommend these new bakers. The baguette is good, and today I enjoyed a delicious almond pastry filled with pistachios, apricot halves, and almonds on top—a real treat! Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted by the generous portion; I ate it all myself! There's a large parking lot by the post office, which you can walk along the alley next to the Basilica, bringing you right to the bakery—just a short stroll before your delicious treat. There's also parking in front of the bakery itself.

11/07/2026: Great, until the manager verbally assaulted us, claiming she had to "put away three chairs and three tables." This same person then physically assaulted me, even threatening to "wait for me outside." It's a shame, because the rest of the staff is wonderful and handled the situation professionally.

31/05/2026: Avoid this place if you're a regular customer who pays full price... Today I went to this restaurant. At the register, I had to wait almost ten minutes for someone to arrive because all the staff were busy preparing for a school group. Once I'd paid for the meat, it was impossible to get any vegetables because there was a queue of about thirty schoolchildren. And the worst part is that this infamous school queue started before the registers. So, even if I thought I'd wait another twenty minutes to get the vegetables, it was technically impossible since I was on the wrong side of the registers once I had the very bad idea of ​​paying. As a result, I quickly ate the meat and left. This restaurant clearly prioritizes schoolchildren over regular customers. I used to go to this restaurant three or four times a week. Today was the last time I set foot in there. I should clarify that this comment does not reflect the situation in other Flunch restaurants. For example, the Flunch on Rambuteau in Paris also welcomes school groups and has set up separate routes so as not to penalize other customers who, let's remember, keep the restaurant running year-round...

26/05/2026: This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I went here on my school trip and the ''steak'' which wasn't even steak. It was minced beef cutlet which was gummy,dry and it didn't taste like anything.I've also heard that the chicken was very gummy and dry. I do not recommend this place.

20/02/2026: I went to recharge my batteries in this idyllic, exceptionally clean place; the tranquility is magnificent. I highly recommend it because the food is excellent, everything is homemade, which I truly appreciated. I will definitely return regularly.

01/02/2026: On January 18, 2026, after several email exchanges and a phone call where the person confirmed that a one-night stay in June, booked through Wonderbox, was confirmed, I received an email today informing me that it was no longer possible because they had changed their booking policy. I therefore called to express my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism, and that I would be leaving a negative review. The person I spoke to replied, "I don't give a damn about you," and hung up on me. Some people should find another line of work if the reception on-site is as unfriendly as it is on the phone. I don't regret canceling the stay.

13/06/2026: We had dinner there as a couple during a stay in the area. It was a Saturday evening, we had a reservation, and the three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) with drinks cost around €120. This was within the advertised price range, the dishes were cooked quite well, the octopus was perhaps a touch overcooked, but overall, it was a very good experience. We left with smiles on our faces and no regrets. The service was friendly and welcoming; we had a lovely time.

13/07/2026: We came for lunch today as a couple and ordered the set menu, which included salads. The problem was that the dressing was just water on the cucumbers; the white sauce was runny and watered down. The salad itself was sparse, with very few ingredients—just a few salad greens, yes, but the rest was practically nonexistent: three slices of tomato and beetroot. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

02/08/2026: Bad food. We ordered mussels in cream sauce. And all things considered, the texture of the mussels left much to be desired, and they were only in water.

29/07/2026: A very good little restaurant. We had the €28 set menu (main course and dessert), which was excellent value for money. The skate wing and the salmon steak were both delicious. We chose this restaurant because it was much less crowded than the others further along, and we weren't disappointed.

16/06/2026: The biggest disappointment of any restaurant I've had in Agde. We should have been suspicious when someone accosted us, saying, "There's only good food here" 🤣. A total tourist trap. The tielles (a type of savory pie) were definitely frozen, not homemade or artisanal. In short, mass-produced. The parillada (a seafood platter) had overcooked tuna, rubbery squid, greasy prawns with a rancid taste of oil, and the ratatouille looked like reheated leftovers. The only edible thing on the plate was the sardines, but they weren't the best sardines I've ever had. A huge disappointment :/ The only positive point was the location on the banks of the Hérault River, but there wasn't even background music like some other restaurants have. Avoid at all costs.

02/01/2026: We stayed three nights at the Auberge de Savoie in Moûtiers with friends. The welcome was very good, and the staff were pleasant and smiling, which was much appreciated. However, our experience was severely marred by serious issues with comfort and cleanliness. From the moment we arrived, there was an extremely unpleasant sewer smell in the room. Air freshener plugs were already in place to mask the odor, but they were toilet air fresheners, which still left a persistent and very unpleasant smell. So much so that all our clothes left smelling of it, even those in our suitcases. The carpet in the room was in a deplorable state: numerous questionable stains, a very dirty appearance, to the point that we didn't dare walk barefoot or in socks. It clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The box spring was also stained (including with blood), which is unacceptable. Other negative points: • No safe in the room • The two single beds were not at the same height, and the mattresses were very worn • We had pushed the beds together to sleep as a couple, but housekeeping systematically separated them again • The trash was not emptied • The blankets were barely made, giving the impression of sloppy cleaning On the positive side, the bathroom was reasonably clean. In summary, despite a friendly welcome, the overall condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness do not meet the expectations one has for a multi-night stay. Significant improvements are needed regarding hygiene, room maintenance, and odor control.

29/05/2026: Never again. What a disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend it. The food is very disappointing and of poor quality. A ghost hotel. One person trying to do everything, while five people were staying overnight. The only positive point is its location. But avoid it. A sinking ship, in my opinion.

16/05/2026: We stopped by early in the morning before continuing our walk on the Camino de Santiago. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before setting off. Alain was always ready to help.
