19/07/2026: We shared a table with friends and, as previous reviews have said, it was awful. The waitress was barely acceptable, not friendly at all, and only pretended to see us when we asked for something, all in an effort to finish as quickly as possible. A place to avoid without hesitation.

17/07/2026: Had a lovely evening at the brasserie. A romantic dinner. Very quiet place, excellent service, and pleasant staff. The seafood platter was excellent.

06/07/2026: A very poor experience; speaking badly to customers should have consequences. Terrible and unfriendly, avoid at all costs. As the woman told me, "No problem, go somewhere else"... magical.

09/11/2025: Unpleasant welcome, the bar was open with people inside having drinks, and we were told it was closed because the owner was choosing their customers. I don't recommend it. And the opening hours this morning confirm it was open. Edit: It was indeed open, and there were customers, not workers, inside this morning.

09/11/2025: Hello, a message to the owner and anyone wishing to have a coffee or other drink on the terrace: At 12:30 PM, the brasserie was open, but one of the employees refused us entry, saying it was closed in a very unpleasant tone. He added that on Sundays it closes at 2:00 PM. So, it's open at 12:30 PM? This employee seems to think he can choose who gets to enjoy the terrace and have a drink, based on who the customer is. Avoid this place, or you'll have to hire staff capable of building a good reputation for your brasserie. Have a good day.

06/05/2026: Perfect as always. Super friendly staff, very clean, and amazing breakfast. They even had a coffee machine and capsules in the room. 💝

05/05/2026: Hotel a 10-minute drive from Strasbourg's Petit France neighborhood. Very close to the noisy highway, fortunately we were assigned newly renovated rooms at the back. Connecting rooms, perfect for our family! Really comfortable and quiet. However, they are small, fine for a one-night stopover. Abundant breakfast, both sweet and savory, with fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc. The espresso from the vending machine was good. The staff was kind and very helpful. Excellent prices. Need I say more?!

20/07/2026: The appetizer buffet was nothing special, mostly canned goods, but at least it was there. A few homemade items would have been welcome. The main course was also nothing special; simple and bland. The dessert of the day, however, was good! Service was average.

17/07/2026: Overall, good food and fast service. It's a shame to charge €7 for two mediocre scoops of ice cream...

01/08/2026: I had lunch there before it was transformed to Floderer. The place is amazing, huge history, amazing vintage atmosphere . Really worth any extra cost. Staff was friendly and polite

30/07/2026: The food was delicious. We tried salmon, ribeye steak, creme brulee, and Rum baba. Salmon and creme brulee were our favorites. We went at 9 pm, there was no queue, the tables were half empty, but they still made us wait a bit. The service wasn't very fast, but the staff were polite.

14/07/2026: The meal was okay, but nothing special; it didn't live up to the website's description! They didn't even let you finish your aperitif before bringing you your main course! My husband hadn't even finished his whisky! The service was unprofessional and rushed! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Expensive for what you get! Avoid it! Very disappointed!

27/06/2026: Hello, we were very disappointed and paid a very high price. We weren't informed of the price of the dish; it was supposed to be the fish of the day. My husband ordered a ribeye steak, which was inedible. He had to wait fifteen minutes before receiving veal instead. The plate returned with the piece of meat and a small bowl of sauce, but no side dishes. This is unacceptable for this type of establishment. We have never been treated like this. 13/07/2026: The space was very pleasant, but the waiter was very unfriendly and the prices were excessive. A shame.

05/07/2026: Lunch today on the back terrace (nicer and shady than the one facing the museum). The starters were good and fresh (burrata with rhubarb and blackcurrant or octopus salad 🐙). The sea bream was decent but nothing special at €29 (very thick fillet and a bit bland with the sauce; the accompanying eggplant could have been better prepared). The same goes for the chicken supreme with morels at €32, which was simply served with a cream sauce and fries. A bit pricey for the quality! The service was pleasant and quick. To be continued!

14/03/2026: Fantastic find! The atmosphere is truly wonderful, warm and friendly. The staff is incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and offers great advice on drinks. The cocktails are excellent, perfectly balanced, and original. Special mention also goes to the music and ambiance, which really make you want to stay all evening. A perfect place to spend a great time with friends. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

22/06/2026: I've stayed in many hotels and Campanile resorts for work, but this one is simply catastrophic. The service is appalling. The hotel is supposedly undergoing renovations, and we were given renovated rooms, but upon arrival, there was a power outage. I discovered the air conditioning was broken (during a heatwave!). I asked to change rooms, but none were available. The customer service was completely indifferent. A very bad experience; I absolutely do not recommend it.

17/05/2026: The hotel is really nice, the staff are all very pleasant, and they accept dogs both in the rooms and at breakfast.

20/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! The outdoor terrace was filthy, with garbage bags scattered in the middle. The artificial grass was ancient, worn, and dirty. A dog wandered among the customers. The welcome was extremely cold, practically nonexistent. There was only one waiter, and the owner took orders without necessarily respecting the order in which customers arrived. As for the meal, we couldn't enjoy it because, despite our reservation, no one came to see us half an hour after our arrival, not even to offer us an aperitif. So we left without having a drink or a meal. We will definitely not be returning.

04/07/2026: Delicious food, friendly staff, everything to our liking

21/07/2026: I've been to this establishment several times. I've always had a good meal there. Today, July 21, 2026, I was very disappointed. The bread was very, too, dry. I had a hamburger with a tiny side salad. The hamburger bun wasn't great. The sauce was rather bland and lacked any real flavor. Finally, the fries were dry and sometimes burnt. I didn't dare order dessert for fear of being disappointed, even though they used to be so good (for example, in the fall of 2024, a delicious chestnut cream dessert). What's going on now? I don't know. I hope and wish that the food at this establishment will regain its former glory. It's up to them to rise to the challenge.

06/07/2026: Expensive for the quality of the food served. The dessert of the day, a Liège waffle, was hard and dry... the glass of red wine was practically corked.
