20/05/2026: Review of this hotel restaurant: We ate there while passing through. I'm being polite, but the meal gets a 0/20. Meat reheated in the microwave. Fries inedible, hard, black, microwaved. Fish cooked in the microwave and undercooked, barely defrosted. Even the toilets weren't clean. My advice: run far, far away. To answer your question, I'm a chef in a bistro-style restaurant, and I can tell you that your filet mignon was anything but low-temperature cooked. Low-temperature cooking results in flavorful meat that can be cut without a knife. Your filet was tough, dry, and inedible! No offense...

12/01/2026: We had an excellent meal, a lunch for two, right in the middle of the Christmas holidays. Very good value for money. Perfect welcome and service. We are not hotel guests. I recommend the restaurant.

Everything is delicious: the bread, the pastries—they have raisin bread, chocolate brioches with a blend of old-fashioned and modern flavors, and very generous portions... The olive oil bread is superb... The brioche des rois and the frangipane galette are top-notch. The cakes are also very generously portioned. All this at very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. My only regret is that it's not in my neighborhood, but I go there as often as I can.

24/08/2026: A fantastic team! I'm a regular customer at Burger King Colmar, and frankly, I wanted to leave a review because the quality of service deserves to be highlighted. The managers are truly excellent: professional, dedicated, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything runs smoothly. It's a pleasure to see such a well-organized and committed team. Yes, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait for orders, but let's be honest: when it's busy, that's perfectly normal. And most importantly for me, the food is served hot, well-prepared, and of high quality. You can tell there's a team that's giving it their all, even during the busiest times. A big thank you to the managers and the entire Burger King Colmar team for their professionalism and hard work! I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

25/08/2026: I have to give Aux Délices de Manon a very positive review because the 3.9/5 rating doesn't reflect my experience at all. Their cakes are amazing: 5 stars for the exterior and 5 stars for the interior! The quality/price ratio is exactly what I was hoping for, so I went back two days after my first purchase. Congratulations on this great find and best of luck to the bakers! 👏👏👏

26/07/2026: They say it opens at 6:30, I went at 6:30, drove 45 minutes only to arrive and find it closed. I had to call to be sure. This whole thing is ridiculous.

24/10/2026: This place is magnificent, you feel at ease, the manager is very kind and patient with customers, and the saleswoman Djouher is super nice and always smiling, and Nassima is super friendly, she's one of my favorites

27/02/2026: The starters and main courses were well-prepared. However, the desserts were a complete disaster, especially the profiteroles, whose choux pastry was rock hard... why use frozen ingredients? It's better to make a simple and satisfying dessert (tarts, chocolate mousse, etc.) than something pretty but tasteless. It's a real shame to end a meal on such a negative note. As for the service, it was chaotic and needed a complete overhaul (one person took our order... five minutes later, another asked if we'd received it). Finally, the wine selection by the glass was limited to red, white, and rosé. That was also disappointing. Does this make us want to go back? Unfortunately not.

20/02/2026: The place is quite old-fashioned. First of all, we were very cold, and the waitress set up electric heaters which she then promptly turned off without warning. The parking lot is gloomy and full of potholes. The food is passable, nothing special. But the price is high considering the quality of the food. I won't be back.

On the plus side, they know how to open the lid of a package of pre-packaged ham. If you're going to eat frozen food, you might as well go to the supermarket a few meters up the road. How is this business still in business?

08/04/2026: Very disappointing experience. One of the waitresses spoke aggressively to my son, even raising her voice at him for simply calling his sister. What was completely unacceptable was her telling him she would “slap” him if he entered the kitchen. We understand boundaries, but this kind of behavior towards a child is not appropriate. Staff should communicate respectfully, especially with families.

26/10/2026: I am truly sorry to have to give such a harsh rating, but the owner is incredibly nasty and cold… I feel sorry for his staff, because the woman who works in the morning and the young woman who works in the afternoon are the complete opposite of this man. Therefore, sir, I urge you to familiarize yourself with our rights: Under the Consumer Code (article R132-1), it is illegal for an establishment to require a minimum spend or impose a purchase per person to be seated at a table. A word to the wise.

02/11/2026: IMPORTANT NOTICE! I want to make it clear that I did not go to Café de Lyon for coffee or breakfast. The incident occurred this summer, during the heatwave. Television news was reminding people that restaurants, bars, and other establishments serving drinks were required to provide free drinking water, especially to minors. While I was with a friend, we weren't feeling well. We were in the Jean-Médecin area, in the middle of the heatwave. So we politely asked the staff for a glass of water. The response was a rather curt NO. We even offered to pay for the water, but one woman in particular replied, "You have parents, don't you?" (unpleasantly) Excuse me, but I was simply asking for a glass of water! I was 12 years old at the time (13 now). I find this response particularly inappropriate, especially given the intense heat and the fact that we were already feeling unwell. We finally decided to go to another bar in Old Nice. There, the staff replied, "Yes, of course, that's normal!" When we explained what had just happened to us at Café de Lyon, they were just as surprised and rolled their eyes. My opinion: I find it regrettable to treat young people like that when they simply ask for a glass of water, especially during a heatwave. A little kindness and respect costs nothing. This review does not concern the drinks consumed at the establishment, but solely the welcome and the way we were treated during this situation.

30/10/2026: Outrageous prices for the quality (Le grand café de Genève in Nice)
