13/10/2026: On October 13th at 2:30 PM, the saleswoman (who wasn't my usual one) spoke to me in a particularly haughty and unpleasant manner, I would even say aggressively, for absolutely no reason. It's unacceptable to act this way with customers who are there to buy something. If you want to drive your customers away, you're on the right track. Furthermore, if you can't even be at least polite to people, don't work in a bakery; it will be better for everyone.

09/10/2026: Excellent sandwiches, very friendly staff, and the pastries are truly delicious.

08/10/2026: I've been going there for a few years now with friends, especially for lunch on weekdays, and I have to say it just keeps getting better. The daily specials are excellent and the portions are more than generous. The waitresses are really friendly and very professional. I highly recommend it.

07/10/2026: Outrageous prices! Almost €10 for a galette saucisse (sausage reheated in the microwave)... as a crepe maker, I find that scandalous!

01/10/2026: As a regular customer of your bakeries (particularly in Albi, Ganges, and Juvignac), I used to appreciate the quality of your products. Unfortunately, the taste has changed in my opinion, spoiled by the atmosphere. The employees work like an assembly line, stressed and rushed. They barely have time to look at the customer, so intense is the drive for profitability. For us, it's just as stressful: we have to rush through our orders, without a smile or time to ask a question. The warm, human connection of a real bakery is nonexistent here. This bread lacks a sense of sharing, of giving, of social connection—in short, of humanity. It lacks the joy of employees who are valued and customers who are respected beyond their wallets. It's a shame, but I won't be coming back. Bread deserves time and respect.

14/10/2026: Excellent service and atmosphere. The pasta was good, but the sauce was too watery, which was a shame. The dessert and starter, however, were good. PS: A big thank you to the waiter for the bowl of water for the dog (without us even asking).

14/10/2026: The food was good, unfortunately the mussels were way overcooked and completely unseasoned… a real shame. However, the salmon tartare was delicious! The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant and helpful! ✨ Thank you 🤩

05/09/2026: I tried a seafood platter for two, and we usually get them at Sete Mèze. I think the prices are really outrageous: 90 euros for this simple platter.
