03/09/2026: Run for your lives!!!! Awful service, incredibly clunky atmosphere, Disgusting food: 30g of meat with 500g of dough... Frozen fries!!! They don't offer an aperitif, they don't take your order, and you have to ask for your carafe of water and your bread basket, which you have to dig out of the baskets from the previous tables!!! Awful, and we just wanted a decent worker's meal!! Once is enough!!! Dude, shut down your restaurant or I'll send Philippe Hetchebest after you, seriously

14/07/2026: The set menu was good, I will definitely come back.

04/06/2026: A place that reeks of filth. The waiter tells the customers there's sewage in the toilets that's come up, and heads off towards the kitchen (instantly kills your appetite). Pizzas at €15, thinner than tracing paper, I've never seen anything like it, absolutely no taste. We had to fold it into twelve pieces just to get the impression we were eating a slice. We had to eat four pizzas, even though there were two of us, to feel full, and we left with terrible stomach aches. Maybe we were just unlucky, but the pizzas were outrageously expensive. I didn't try the burgers, but given the smell of the toilets, we'll pass.

24/10/2026: Fast service, just like in the old days.

15/10/2026: I went to eat with my son and a friend. The service was very good, and we were served quickly. The set menu was a mixed salad and roast pork with delicious mashed potatoes and a good gravy. We ate on the terrace in bright sunshine, which was very pleasant. Table 112 thanks you very much for your hospitality and for the coffees.

23/08/2026: A daily must. Delicious croissants, a selection of sweet and warm savoury breakfasts. And the lady is incredibly nice.

30/07/2026: Delicious baked goods. Some things are a little different than usual. That pleasantly surprised me. Prices are great.

25/06/2026: Hello The blonde saleswoman is super nice, by the way. Thank you for all these years. I've been watching her on replay for so long; she's always been pleasant to me, especially today (June 25, 2026). The new young saleswoman always has a smile. ♥️♥️

18/06/2026: It's a nice Relay store, but I won't be going back. When you display a price, you don't charge people for anything else. Even if half of €3 is €1.50, it was clearly displayed that the drink was €1.25. The pricing error isn't my problem per se.

29/04/2026: Ideally located opposite the train station, the rooms are basic but clean. The bathrooms in the single rooms are tiny. The common areas are decorated in an old-fashioned style. The reception and staff are excellent. The breakfast room and restaurant are very nice. Breakfast is okay.

20/09/2026: The hazelnut coffee was bad, no hazelnut flavor, and the price displayed was different from the price paid at the till (obviously more expensive). The flan was mediocre, worse than the one you get at the supermarket for €4.

11/09/2026: I used to love this bakery when I was in the neighborhood. The exterior and interior haven't changed, and I only found out on my way out that the owners had changed… what a drop in quality! It used to be so good. What a shame. The bread, the pastries, they used to have loads of quiches, good cakes, etc. Now it's highway-level quality.

10/10/2026: A beautiful setting and a fantastic atmosphere! The decor is truly well done and contributes greatly to the charm of the place. The concert was fantastic, and the atmosphere definitely deserves to be highlighted. A special mention goes to the staff upstairs, who were friendly and welcoming. Downstairs, the service was more ordinary. As for the food, it's fairly simple: a classic burger, nothing surprising, but nothing "wow" either. The presentation is basic and lacks a bit of refinement. The drink prices seemed a little high. In short: you come mainly for the setting, the decor, and the music, which are real highlights. The food, however, is nothing exceptional. A great evening nonetheless, mainly thanks to the atmosphere and the concert!

02/08/2026: The blonde waitress on August 1st was very annoyed. She was asked, "I'd like some coffee." She replied irritably and with a delay. And when she was asked to grind it again because she'd forgotten, she rolled her eyes. Advice to this young woman: "Customers come to you; it's an easy job. Find a job where you're the one seeking out customers, and you'll see the difference. I promise you'll change your behavior."

17/08/2026: A frosty welcome, zero friendliness. We were simply looking for a restaurant open on a Monday evening. The crêperie was empty, but the waitress curtly informed us that it was "full." Clearly, some restaurants prefer empty tables to customers. An experience as cold as it was incomprehensible. Avoid it.

03/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this crêperie. The crêpes were melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and my 8-year-old son devoured them, even though he'd never wanted to hear about them again because they were always too dry at other places. "The secret is in the butter," as the waiter told us. Unbeatable value for money!

08/09/2026: The welcome was incredibly unpleasant and the service equally disappointing; the large chocolate was the size of an espresso. We should have left when the waitress sighed as we asked for the menu.

02/09/2026: The staff weren't very friendly, and we asked for a carafe of water, but they didn't provide one; we just got a small, half-filled glass, even though we ordered beer and fruit juice. A shame.

04/11/2025: Great time with the family, we were right to arrive early. The meal was perfectly fine, the desserts were nothing special.

01/11/2025: Stopped by several times for a coffee or a drink, small platters... alone, with family, or for a business meeting. After several years, I've concluded: a lot of turnover, very young servers, probably paid a pittance according to the pay scale, and the same managers rotating through the chain's establishments (you rarely see them in the dining room, not even during rush hour). In short, the recipe for toxic, cushy management that damages the city's reputation, and which should be replaced by people passionate about their work and who know how to run a business. And also, probably, they should pay them properly to avoid driving away their staff and discouraging young people from this wonderful profession. I recently remember a young woman, Lola, I think, who deserves to be a manager. Quick, professional, smiling, but stressed. You can feel the stress of the servers and the difficulties they face. People clearly come here for the setting, the proximity to the Parc Floral. It's magnificent. So it's justified on the bill, nothing shocking. BUT, the staff is underpaid and exploited. There are long delays between The moment we were seated, the moment our order was taken, and then we were served—even during quiet periods. But during rush hour, it's terrible. Every time, it saddened me to see the waitresses (and sometimes waiters) running around in all directions, left alone when people arrived in groups, without time to clear and clean the tables, constantly being called away. And with no colleagues coming to help, they had to deal with the discontent of customers who had the wrong people. I know I won't return to any of the Epikur group's establishments until the management changes. And I advise both locals and tourists against it. One of the few quality restaurants, L'Estrade, has closed; we won't find that same quality at La Rotonde, even though it has everything to be an exceptional establishment because of its location. A huge waste.

27/10/2026: Efforts have been made to improve customer service in recent years. Now, when you pay by credit card, they ask you to choose a tip to leave! It's unbelievable! The saleswoman, whose fiery temperament she could no longer hide, insisted it was normal. A type of business I'll never understand!

07/10/2026: Excellent product, but also very expensive. The waitresses were particularly unpleasant, the worst I've ever experienced. It made me feel very uncomfortable. What a shame.

10/10/2026: Exceptional welcome and service. It's refreshing in Macron's France. The meal was simply excellent, and I mean it. The Seoul cocktail was absolutely delicious! We'll be back; thank you for this experience and thank you again for the warm welcome.
