21/07/2026: The cleanliness of the dishes left much to be desired. Dirty cutlery, a pitcher with black marks inside. The service was slow, and the restaurant was nearly empty. Luckily, the food was good, which made up for it.

09/08/2026: We have been coming here regularly as a family on Sundays for years to have a crêpe or a coffee. We waited for someone to seat us, which was done quickly. I should mention that my daughter preferred to get a scoop of ice cream from Jeff de Bruges in the shopping center. Once we were seated, the waiter explained that he couldn't serve us because we already had ice cream from another vendor in the shopping center and that he asked us to leave and eat it on the bench. I would also like to point out that this isn't the first time we've come with our daughter, who prefers a scoop of ice cream to a Belgian hot chocolate. I am very disappointed by this situation, especially since we were already seated with our menus in hand. We will not be returning for afternoon tea or lunch, even though we have been coming for years.

28/07/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The quality is consistently excellent, the service is impeccable, and the staff are truly top-notch and always smiling 😃 even during peak hours. I highly recommend this establishment. The large parking lot is very easy to access and convenient for people with reduced mobility, with several disabled parking spaces. 27/03/2026: An old-fashioned, working-class restaurant, with all that implies: inexpensive (set menu €15.90 for a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert), basic but efficient and hearty (don't expect a gourmet experience, but you'll leave with a full stomach, and it's definitely not fast food). The decor is also old-fashioned, but that's part of its charm. The owner is, again, old-fashioned: it's all or nothing, and it's best not to expect a big, welcoming smile; you might be disappointed. Restaurant vouchers not accepted.

03/08/2026: The setting and servers were very pleasant. The Caesar salad was a bit small for 19 euros, the dressing seemed industrial and not very tasty, the chocolate crunch was also industrial, and the blueberry panna cotta was decent.

28/07/2026: Keep walking! Our first visit wasn't a great success, but we decided to try our luck again, to no avail. There's a sign at the entrance indicating closing time is 5 pm (already a very strange time during the holidays). We sat down on the terrace at 4:45 pm, plenty of time to get a beer and an ice cream for our child. The waitress walked by without even looking at us. So I went inside to order. Without a greeting, a guy barked at me, "We're not serving anymore..." "Do you have a table outside?" to which I replied yes and then turned on my heel. I should mention that I was with my son in a stroller and my husband in a wheelchair... It took us a bit of effort to reach their terrace, and that effort only went one way.

03/08/2026: The food was okay, but nothing special. The service wasn't great; we had to ask several times for a carafe of water. We all ordered fondues, but the fondues with the extra charcuterie (which cost extra) had significantly less salad than the regular fondues. Aside from that, we were satisfied.

02/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, the location is ideal, the staff are welcoming and the food is simply incredible. As tourists, we are delighted to have discovered such a great restaurant in Annecy.

30/05/2026: Exorbitant prices for what it is. An unusual place, but not worth the prices (free entry advertised on the website, which is FALSE). It's small, so it gets very crowded, the smoking area is always open, and the smoke reeks of cigarettes, making you want to throw up on the dance floor.

30/04/2026: I was very surprised, as my expectations weren't high. I only wanted to stay one night and hadn't expected to eat there at all. It was excellent, the meat was very fresh, the service was more than just friendly, it was top-notch and very, very helpful. I highly recommend it.
