06/07/2026: Avoid this place! The waiter is incredibly disrespectful and sour. The atmosphere is charming and the food is good, but the prices are far too high for what is supposedly "homemade." The service is slow, and the waiters don't even offer a smile or a greeting. It's a shame their casual attitude completely ruins the experience. There are much better options nearby, such as Soprano, La Cabanne, or Zinc. Trust me, you'd be wise to get out of this place immediately.

26/06/2026: If you want to have a pleasant time in a nice restaurant, definitely don't go to this one. The manager showed an absolute lack of respect, kicking us out of a table where a waiter had seated us and which we had clearly reserved. No apology, she spoke to us like we were dogs, and strangely refused to explain who had supposedly reserved the table… It's outrageous to speak so rudely to people who have done nothing wrong. If I could give zero stars, I would.

02/08/2026: A rare burp! The glasses are dirty and stained, the food is simply dangerous. If you want to try a steak made from a boot sole, this is the place to go! The only consolation is the friendly staff. The boss or chef clearly has no common sense – to create such a "kitchen" in such a good place.

27/07/2026: Very good, well served, and the waiter brought a carafe of water with the drinks. Thank you for thinking of it!

11/07/2026: On my last visit, there were seven of us at our table. I had just finished my drink and wanted to order another. This would have been possible in any other bar, but not here. The waiter explained that the whole table had to order another drink, even though there were only four of us, and two of them hadn't finished theirs. So, one person was missing who didn't have enough money for another. The waiter wasn't understanding at all, even after we explained our financial situation (we're students). So, I ended up sitting on the terrace without my drink. I find that unacceptable. Signed, 7 fewer customers.

20/06/2026: The waiter with the short hair, the one who looked all scruffy, wasn't very nice. He was very pushy. We were constantly being pressured to order more. As soon as we finished our drinks, he'd rush over and force us to order another one immediately. I didn't find that very nice at all.

26/06/2026: A must-visit on Thursday nights or any other festive evening, with a fantastic atmosphere and a very friendly staff, it's always a pleasure to see Babeth, keep up the good work 😉👍

17/06/2026: My boyfriend and I went for a drink at La Fontaine on Saturday, June 13, 2026, around 8:00 PM (we were seated at an outside table against the bar's facade, to the left of the entrance). We consumed very little, and despite this, we don't remember what time we got home or which areas we passed through. These memory lapses are in no way consistent with being drunk. We experienced frequent vomiting during the night, dizziness, episodes of tachycardia, and significant anxiety. We believe we were unknowingly drugged with GHB, and some of the effects persist for several days afterward. This message is being written as a precaution to inform management that some individuals with malicious intent might frequent the establishment. We simply wanted to bring this situation to your attention so that you can remain vigilant.

22/05/2026: The burgers are a no-go... From the burger itself to the fries... Very disappointing, no flavor whatsoever. The servers, however, are very friendly.

15/05/2026: Hygiene is extremely questionable: unwashed dishes from the lunch service were lying around. Whipped cream wasn't refrigerated and had a yellow nozzle. The waffles were definitely not homemade, but came from a plastic bag. The toilets were dirty. The staff were rude. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

23/06/2026: Excellent. But don't be put off by the queues! By the way, this is a bakery in the European sense. So it's where bread is baked and sold, not a café. If you turn up expecting to sit and drink coffee/eat pastries, you'll be disappointed.

22/06/2026: 🥐 Small in size, but huge in quality! I loved the croque-monsieur, perfectly made and absolutely delicious. 😋 The cookies are exactly how I like them: indulgent, soft, and succulent 🍪❤️. As for the bread, it's simply perfect. 🥖👌 A huge congratulations to the whole team for your hard work and expertise! 👏 Honestly, I wish I had a bakery like this near my home. 😊 Looking forward to coming back very soon to discover and taste the rest of your products! 🥐🍰

24/06/2026: Visit of June 24, 2026: Very mixed feelings. The hot toast was good and indulgent, but the dessert was too sweet and cloying (peanut caramel cheesecake). The coffee was made with an automatic machine, and I didn't like it. The service was efficient and the welcome was friendly.

31/07/2026: It's a cool, totally quirky place; the food is good, but it's expensive for what it is.

17/07/2026: I didn't have time to take any photos. But if you've changed pastry chefs, congratulations! Today's dessert, raspberry Breton shortbread, was absolutely delicious and beautiful. We'll be back next week just for the desserts. 5 stars for desserts!

08/08/2026: A normal brasserie. The person who served us was very helpful even though he didn't understand English and it was outside lunch hours.

06/07/2026: A real treat! The dishes were delicious, everything was fresh, which is rare these days. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant, it's fantastic!!!

23/06/2026: Extremely slow service, order error. No peach, orgeat, Ricard, or 51. Disgusting toilets! Avoid at all costs.

28/06/2026: Great waiter! Very good service... the food is average... and expensive for the basic quality...

23/06/2026: Team drinks (20 people), we could only order from one server (otherwise it was too complicated), who took a good 20 minutes to bring 5 drinks. The owner is very unpleasant. He brought us two plates of fries by mistake, then took them away to put them on the right table even though we had already helped ourselves. When we pointed this out, he replied, "Yes, but you used a fork, right?" No, you used your fingers. "Oh well, never mind then," he said, and left them on the next table. At the end of the evening, with a bill over €1000, they refused to serve us two more beers... In short, avoid this place.

20/06/2026: After 45 minutes at the table, the waiters still hadn't come to take our order. We gestured to them, but they seemed to be avoiding us or pretending not to see us… We finally went to another restaurant.

23/01/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're intruding. One of the waitresses is particularly unpleasant and clearly doesn't enjoy her job, which makes the atmosphere oppressive. Added to this are problems with the service and quality: the panna cotta was really bad, and there was a mistake with a drink (a mocktail was ordered, but an alcoholic beverage was served). Within a five-minute walk, there are many far superior alternatives.
