02/05/2026: We tried to contact them by phone, but there was no way to ask them a question live before booking. So... we didn't book. They might say we should have gone online to get answers, but if no human being is available, it doesn't bode well.

06/02/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would! The hotel and restaurant are mediocre!!! The owner and his mother are awful, not to mention unpleasant! When I arrived for a room, the receptionist, who is also the owner, was so drunk he didn't know what he was doing! He couldn't even stand up! And as for the food, even though I'm not picky, I can tell you it was really bad. The only positive point is the view of the castle...

10/06/2026: The owner is awful; she literally yells at her poor waitress, grumbles when we ask if we can come in because the wind has picked up and it's cold outside, even though there's plenty of room inside. There's no eye contact, she mutters under her breath, and makes us feel incredibly uncomfortable. I felt like a kid being scolded by his first-grade teacher for dropping his pencil case. It's ridiculous. Not even a simple "Did everything go well?" when we paid the bill, and it was probably for the best because the food is basic, tasteless, and practically school cafeteria fare, and I wouldn't have hesitated to tell her so. This restaurant doesn't have the customers it deserves. Avoid it at all costs.

30/06/2026: The staff are friendly, but the chain, which is part of the Bolloré group, promotes extremist media. This promotion has no place in a public hospital.

25/03/2026: Normally, the coffee is made fresh. But twice, I was served instantly because the coffee was already ready. If that's the case, I would have preferred the vending machine, which would be much hotter. This is the Relais H ward, in the Gynecology, Maternity, and Neonatology section.

31/07/2026: My cousin and I went to this snack bar, and the food wasn't good to begin with, but we ended up with food poisoning... We were supposed to go on a week's vacation, and in the end, our vacation was canceled because of a snack bar...

30/07/2026: Worst experience I've ever had. The sandwich itself was good, but what happened afterward was awful. Four of us went, and all four of us had stomach aches, spent the night in the bathroom, and one of us even ended up in the emergency room after coughing up blood. A serious hygiene problem that ruined the following days for us. I saw the chef cough into his hand and then serve drinks and desserts without washing his hands. It's even worse when you see how isolated the kitchen is from the customers. RUN AWAY!!!!!! RUN AWAY!! RUN AWAY!!

02/08/2026: I just learned that it's not possible to slice day-old bread because it would damage the slicer's blades. Oh, really...

22/07/2026: I bought two packs of five pastries, but when I got home there were only four of each. Not much, but annoying because I had friends over and quantity mattered.

26/07/2026: We arrived and asked if there was a table. A woman behind the counter told us to sit wherever we wanted. Then a young waitress came over and handed us the menu without even a "good evening." We looked at it and saw asterisks on many items. I asked the waitress, who confirmed that all the products were frozen. We decided to leave because we like meat, but if it's just to come to a restaurant and eat frozen food, I'll just take some meat out of my freezer...

21/07/2026: Hello, I left a review for the delicious ice cream because the restaurant was closed, so I didn't eat it, but come and try the very good Italian ice cream.

26/05/2026: Thank you for welcoming our group of motorcyclists. Our bikes are safe in your hangar 👍 The restoration is fantastic 👍. A renovation is definitely in order. 😉 A stop to keep in mind for a motorcycle trip.

15/05/2026: The hotel is well-located but too outdated. It's a good place to stay while visiting the zoo. It's hard to see why it's a three-star hotel. The room wasn't clean, with numerous cobwebs everywhere. However, the staff is very friendly. I wouldn't particularly recommend this establishment.

27/07/2026: Disgusting cocktail, over a 45-minute wait for two rib-eye steaks even though the restaurant was empty. The waitress was far too familiar and only talked about tips. The meat was full of gristle and rubbery. You ask for the bill, they don't even give you a receipt and then don't bring you your change. My advice: don't go there.

26/07/2026: The manager of the establishment is haughty and unpleasant. You order a milkshake, and they automatically add whipped cream with gelatin, of course, without asking your opinion. I refused the order and instead got a non-alcoholic mojito during happy hour, advertised at €7, but they charged me €10 because it was non-alcoholic. The service was slow and unfriendly, with no clear instructions when ordering. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and I certainly won't be going back.

28/03/2026: We had the opportunity to dine here as a family today, and we wanted to leave an honest review. We were very pleasantly surprised. The entire team deserves praise for their professionalism and dedication. You can feel their genuine passion for their work and their desire to do things well, which is reflected in both the welcome and the service. The portions are very generous, the dishes are high quality, and the price is quite reasonable. The service is attentive and efficient, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The setting is also very attractive and clean, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. A big thank you to the whole team for their hard work and dedication. We sincerely hope that the establishment can continue to maintain this positive energy.

28/03/2026: Terrible atmosphere...terrible food. Everything was terrible!! I absolutely do not recommend it.

04/08/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. I ordered a double espresso, but it was served in a plastic cup instead of a glass, without any explanation. The service was nonexistent, and the wait was far too long.

13/09/2025: Waited over an hour for a pizza. The fries were served cold, the mussels were mediocre to very mediocre, and the service was deplorable. I absolutely do not recommend it for an aperitif; wait an hour and everything arrives at once.

09/06/2026: Just amazing the way it is. The breakfast had many varieties compared to other hotels. The food tasted good. The breakfast was absolutely delicious 😋

01/06/2026: Even 1 Star is HIGH for this hotel. Its Old Styled, UnComfortable Washrooms with Small Towels. Non working AC in Lobby. OMG ! Ruined Experience In Paris. Its So Long from Airport & Takes 40-50 Euros & Sometimes even 1 Hr plus due to traffic. U will mizz Illumination of Eiffil Tower if u stay there.....

11/04/2026: A hotel lacking in warmth, with a very cold owner. The hotel could use a refresh. The ladies at breakfast were friendly and the breakfast itself was good, but still, €12... Extremely noisy, even though the room overlooked an interior courtyard.

08/04/2026: I will only speak about the dining area here. The food wasn't bad, even if it was quite simple, but what bothered me was finding a piece of steel wool in my plate. I pointed it out to the waitstaff and received no compensation.

24/02/2026: Never disappointed by the quality or the friendliness of the staff at this bakery. As loyal customers when we're in Saint-Malo and fans of specialty breads, we've always found them excellent. It's difficult, however, to please everyone, especially the grumblers who are quicker to voice their opinions!
