31/07/2026: The state of the toilets was disgusting. I hope that doesn't reflect the state of the kitchen!

28/07/2026: Disappointment guaranteed. I've been coming to La Lampa for years, but this time I'm posting a comment expressing my personal dissatisfaction. The staff was unpleasant and made the waiter sweat just being there. The daily special, a rare sirloin steak, was served with shoe leather... and the restrooms were even worse. This restaurant needs to change; I won't be going back. Thanks, goodbye.

13/06/2026: Very average staff, cleanliness OK, very uncomfortable bed, caravan-cabin shower, sink the size of a bowl, no soundproofing, impossible to close the shutter, and to top it all off, the person at reception, owner or not, didn't even ask us if we had a good night, very poor, I do not recommend it at all.

27/05/2026: No problems with the booking or check-in. Regarding our room (triple), the bathroom/toilet was open to the bedroom (the wall didn't reach the ceiling), which was rather inconvenient. Cleanliness was fine. The room is very old with an uneven floor and poor insulation (the double glazing was very good). The air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast was good.

02/08/2026: We were able to personally test the quality of the welcome, unable to believe the hundreds of horrified reviews we had read: Well, they're all true, and perhaps even less horrifying than described… The owner describes herself as a modern-day witch, refusing to serve coffee on the pretext that she has to serve meals, all the tables being empty… Such a beautiful place run by such unpleasant hosts… It's not exactly a happy place.

01/08/2026: A very warm welcome, magnificent setting. Don't listen to the Parisians who wouldn't dare ask for a coffee during their lunch break!

02/08/2026: The prices have gone up... the Tennessee burger is no longer included in the €9.99 meal deal with drinks, but now it's a €11.99 dish without drinks (€2 more 😮‍💨), but their vegetables are very good 👌

01/08/2026: It's been a while since I've been to Flunch; the food quality leaves much to be desired. The cooking needs improvement, the pepper sauce is tasteless, and the steak is low-quality.

14/06/2026: Despite a previous review already mentioning nighttime disturbances, I had a terrible night. A refrigeration compressor, located directly opposite the rooms, kicks on every half hour. Furthermore, the interior soundproofing is inadequate: we could constantly hear the neighbors, which is seriously lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel doesn't take customer feedback seriously. As for the service, the reception staff were frankly unfriendly. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was plentiful and decent. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't live up to it.

16/07/2026: We stopped for a drink while waiting for a appointment locally, lovely spot to chill.

16/06/2026: Arrived for lunch at 13:30,was told they are closed, even though people were sitting outside. The opening and closing times stated are incorrect. A strange way to do business.

15/07/2026: I came to eat there with my parents by chance one evening. We received a very warm welcome from the waitress. We had a lovely chat and it was a very pleasant time. The dishes are simple but very good. I recommend the cold enchaud, which is very tender and flavorful. The terrace is lovely on this little square with its linden trees. Thank you!

04/04/2026: Excellent kebab, it's a shame the portions have decreased. However, the price is so competitive that there's nothing to complain about.

13/03/2026: A fantastic neighborhood bakery! The bread is always fresh and the pastries are delicious. I especially love the croissants and sandwiches, which are generously filled and perfect for a quick snack. The staff is welcoming and the service is fast. It's a convenient place to grab breakfast or buy fresh bread in the morning. I highly recommend this bakery for the quality of its products and its simple, friendly atmosphere.

30/01/2026: I've never eaten such awful Domino's pizzas! No toppings, just dry bread. Even supermarket pizzas are better. Never again Domino's Pontault!

07/03/2026: This place is absolutely abhorrent and wouldn’t stay here if I was paid. The food was radioactive, not a single bit of variety and felt like I was eating dog food (could be considered an improvement). The rooms are in desperate need of renovation, to list a few: mould on walls and bed sheets, showers that flood, sewage smell, and complete lack of concern for hygiene. Wouldn’t be surprised if the next global pandemic stemmed from this place. The staff were mostly ok but got a lot of funny looks. They seemed completely disinterested in working there as-well. The location was alright as had easy access to the historic d day landing beaches. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, stay away out of concern for your health. Would give this place negative stars if possible

15/05/2026: It has a magnificent terrace for drinks or a meal. The first room isn't great, the decor is very old and not very well maintained, which is a shame. The second room is much more pleasant. Well, the ambiance isn't everything. There were two people serving, the gentleman very nonchalant and the lady the opposite. She was friendly but sometimes made rather peculiar remarks, though always polite. The food, however, was very good. The meat was cooked perfectly. And the profiteroles for dessert were simply wonderful.

13/05/2026: Convenient to find this small wine cellar near the tourist sites. Quick and efficient service. We enjoyed the food, especially the very good sauerkraut.
