15/05/2026: A very bad experience at this bar. We come here regularly and, unfortunately, the experience is always the same. The servers' attitude is unpleasant and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in a professional setting. The wait is far too long, and despite several requests to order, no one comes to take our order. We finally decided to leave and go to the bar next door!

13/05/2026: The bar has everything going for it: sunshine, proximity to the tram, a large terrace. But it's TERRIBLE! The waiters are crazy (if you don't drink alcohol, you get snide remarks), the service is incredibly slow and unpleasant. They mess up half the time; it's a disaster. In short, don't go.

11/08/2026: Change your line of work, sir. Customer service isn't your strong suit; I'm glad you refused to take us since we were accompanied by our child.

11/08/2026: A must-try in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue! The rib steak was excellent, and the service was perfect and friendly. Based on the reviews I've read, I think the owner's friendliness is directly proportional to the friendliness of his customers… the owner is there to serve you quality food, not to excel at communication, and that's a good thing! If you love good meat, go there without hesitation!

14/02/2026: This shop closed in August 2025; it was replaced by Café Marcel. What a shame, they had the best chocolate croissants around.

03/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The place is filthy, the atmosphere is seedy, and the service is unacceptable. The two managers were appallingly unpleasant from beginning to end. If you value your health and dignity, don't go there.

03/08/2026: Do not, under any circumstances, enter this restaurant if you have an emergency. The woman there is extremely unpleasant, not even a greeting, condescending, very haughty, unhelpful, and so on… I absolutely do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs!

05/03/2026: The pros: magical location, cleanliness, and the service, which has improved considerably this year. The cons: the food: firstly, it's a self-service restaurant, and secondly, the food selection is basic, incomparable to most mountain restaurants in Megève—for example—yet the prices reflect those of mountain restaurants. That said, the food is quite well cooked, coffee aside. Note a comment made today to an English-speaking customer: the manager is anti-Trump to the point of boycotting Coca-Cola. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even to the point of missing Khamenei, but it seems to me that in business, one should refrain from sharing it.

21/03/2026: Since the change of ownership, it's like night and day! Impeccable cleanliness, incredible food, and very reasonable prices. Plus, a sunny terrace and easy parking make everything convenient. I recommend it 100%; it's become one of my favorite places!

13/04/2026: Cheap bar. Super friendly waiter. The mocktail was a bit odd, but oh well, it was on the menu.

08/04/2026: The service was beyond unpleasant. When we arrived, the waitress gave us stools even though everyone else had chairs (with backs). Then she seated us at a single, small table, even though there were six of us. When we asked for two tables for six people, she responded aggressively and started speaking ill of us.

22/07/2026: It was awful! I thought I was going to die when they brought me my caramel crepe (even though I ordered Nutella) with a little Nutella added on top of the caramel. I almost choked.

21/07/2026: Very disappointed with the quality of the products, I had a burger which was filled with a steak that was very likely frozen, dry bread, a burger that reminds me of the primary school canteen, we also had a very small tartine, the equivalent of half a meal.

26/07/2026: Absolutely avoid! A very disappointing experience from start to finish. The food: We ordered two portions of mussels, and half the shells were empty. The service: The staff has a severe lack of customer service skills, if any at all. You constantly have to ask for everything; for example, there were no napkins on the table and we had to request them. The value for money: Totally unjustified. Paying that price to end up with half-empty dishes and such a low level of service is unacceptable. The price is clearly not worth the experience offered. In short, it was a completely disappointing experience. I would even say it's an establishment to avoid.

04/07/2026: Cafe Agnelli has closed down, and a Smash Burger place has opened in its place.

29/07/2026: Absolutely dreadful! Nothing works at this restaurant—it's a dive, a canteen, a dive bar! Two drinks, a salad, and a burger in 1 hour and 30 minutes, including a 40-minute wait for the drinks and then another 30-minute wait for the food! The service is completely overwhelmed and disorganized, except for one waitress who is profuse in her apologies and tries her best to compensate for the inexperience of her colleagues and her boss. The food is barely passable; welcome to the realm of industrial (fries, burger buns, baguettes) or imported (Irish, Bulgarian beef, etc.) fare. And to top it all off, when it comes time to pay the bill, it's a person over 75 years old who serves, completely out of their depth, and who, in my humble opinion, is definitely not on the payroll! All this for around 50 euros! The star is for sight and also because we can't put 0.

13/07/2026: The service was far too slow and the food was way overpriced for what it was! A poke bowl for 21 euros with hardly anything to eat; I left hungry. I strongly advise against it, I won't be back!

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant and service. We had a Wonderbox voucher and received great advice on our menu choices. The food was very good, both in terms of quality and quantity, and there was very little waiting time. Thank you.

18/05/2026: Hotel closed even though I paid, but it's still showing as booked on Booking.com. Be careful

02/05/2026: The establishment no longer exists; it's abandoned. They're scammers. Booking sold me two nights to attend a wedding. I ended up homeless the day before the wedding—a disgrace!

15/07/2026: Absolutely terrible, the worst coffee I've ever had. Don't go!! The owner is incredibly rude. He made me keep a bottle of water and kicked me out when I asked for a glass instead.

26/06/2026: In the middle of a heatwave, we simply asked for a glass of water. The response was: "Seriously? I don't serve water." A rather unwelcoming and truly disappointing reaction, especially under the circumstances. There were four of us: three of us had ordered drinks, and only one person simply asked for a glass of water. Furthermore, the restaurant was far from full, with only a quarter of the tables occupied. This lack of consideration leaves a very poor impression of the welcome and service.
