30/06/2026: I'm a big fan of rooftop bars and eating at the top of tall building for special occasions. I made a joke with my husband years ago that one day he would have to take me to eat in the Eiffel Tower since it seemed like the most extreme scenario for this type of dining. Somehow he remembered that. When we went to Paris together he booked us to eat here. Honestly not sure how we will ever top this. A dinner I will never forget! So special and romantic. My favorite thing about this restaurant is the service! The staff that works here are incredible, they really go over the top. For instance if you are dining with a party of 4, 5 servers will come out one carries the tray with all the food and the other 4 take the food off the trays and place them in front of you all at the same time! The synchronization was quite impressive. This is my first 2 star Michelin restaurant I have been to as well! Only one stars until Le Jules Verne. Every dish was great and they even brought us a special anniversary dessert which we barely had room for at the end of our meal. We also got access to the Eiffel Tower at night when it is closed to the public. Being able to be the only people on the second floor was super romantic! Being able to see Paris at night too was so beautiful. Such a different experience than going with the general crowds during its usual hours. If you are thinking of coming here, just do it!

30/06/2026: A disastrous customer experience for a birthday reservation. The person who replied to my booking email clearly hadn't read it; nothing in their response was correct—neither the number of guests nor the desired meal. I'm ignoring the spelling mistakes... We were asked to reserve a private room for over €10,000 because there were 10 of us and the main room couldn't accommodate us. We were really looking forward to this special family celebration, but under these circumstances, the experience left a sour taste before it even began. French luxury, it seems, is only reflected in the price, certainly not in the professionalism of the staff handling the reservations!

06/03/2026: Came all the way from Tokyo hunting for cassoulet and Restaurant les Fabricants did not disappoint! Excellent ambience, delicious food, kind staff - a real gem! English menus and very friendly English speaking staff will make you feel right at home. The cassoulet was incredible, and the portion enormous (it was too much for a solo diner but I tried my best). Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Paris.

04/03/2026: A truly strange experience. The card reader is hidden solely to force you to pay in cash, making you believe they don't accept cards. You have to fight for several minutes to finally pay by card. Otherwise, the food is decent. The portions are generous, but some of the ingredients leave something to be desired. It's a real shame it ended like this.

06/07/2026: The value for money is quite incredible. Even the green beans in the photo were fresh! And as a bonus, there's a lovely little shaded courtyard where you can admire parrots.

05/07/2026: A disgrace. I work in the food industry, and while it was busy, the burger arrived cold, microwaved, and the meat stank to high heaven—literally, it was garbage. When we asked for it to be reheated, they replied, "Oh no, because it'll get soggy in the microwave." Even though it was already worse than soggy. I didn't even want dessert, it was so disgusting. It's shameful. The cook might as well close the kitchen if they're going to serve customers this rubbish. As for the service, a smile wouldn't cost anything. It's a shame we can't give zero stars. Run away!

08/06/2026: For our wedding, we chose Relais Bourbonnais for the barn rental and catering service. We were delighted with the service, as were our guests. The service was discreet and professional, and the meal was delicious 👌 all for a very reasonable price considering the quality and service. I highly recommend them. 31/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. Nothing to complain about. Le Relais and Le Tisonnier in the village of Brout are truly the only two restaurants we go to without hesitation.

12/07/2026: We went this Sunday, everything was fine until the meal, when someone at the table asked for takeout and we were told "yes", but there were no lids and we asked if it was possible to get some, we were told "I'll get some cellophane" and the waiter ignored us and avoided the table, afterwards the atmosphere was awful, the waiters didn't speak!!!

12/07/2026: Numerous oversights and poor service: salad with unripe tomatoes, burnt gizzards, no hazelnuts, and a crepe cooked on only one side! It's a concept, but it's best avoided!

06/07/2026: Mussels and fries served cold. The cider sauce seemed to have come from a can, was lumpy, and extremely salty. We were seated four to a table meant for two, even though the terrace was almost empty. There were two adults and two children. Once we were served, we couldn't even put our hands on the table. So, avoid this place with children... It's a real shame, I think. The price is reasonable and the terrace is pleasant nonetheless. The service was quick... Added July 5th: We were sick last night (both of us who ate the mussels in cider sauce...)

04/05/2026: Whenever we come to Saint-Tropez, we always have an aperitif at Le Sub, and have for a very long time! We've never been disappointed because we love this very authentic place, far removed from the glitz and glamour of Saint-Tropez. The welcome is always very friendly, and this time again we appreciated the special attention the manager gave us by finding us a lovely table near the terrace. These gestures, even if simple, always make a difference. Thank you for this wonderful time in this place steeped in history!

17/05/2026: Tourist trap restaurant, no complaints about the service but the prices are outrageous for what you get – 42 euros for the fisherman's pan is absolutely ridiculous.
