20/06/2026: We love this place. We have been staying here for many years and seen a number of owners who struggle to make a success of this hotel despite it's lovely location in the middle of a typical french village alongside the river. The rooms could really do with updating but they're clean (no Aircon). The food is good and not expensive and there's a lovely terrace for drinks or outside dining. Whenever we've been the large restaurant has always been quiet although the fact that we usually stay on a Sunday might explain that. The village and nearby reservoir are worthy of your time.

15/06/2026: We came just for dinner, and the welcome was very friendly and warm. The staff were attentive to our comfort and our enjoyment of the meal. We ate very well (too well, actually 😂...). The value for money is quite reasonable, and the location is ideal. We had a very pleasant evening. Thank you for your kindness.

08/09/2026: Superb atmosphere in a welcoming place. The owners take care of their customers with a smile, and the rums are carefully prepared by the owner himself 👌. You absolutely must go there on evenings with entertainment; it's like a trip to the islands. Don't miss it.

30/08/2026: A superb discovery during our visit to the Aveyron region. A lovely setting by the lake, a young and dynamic team, helpful and responsive. The pizzas are delicious and served quickly. The bill was reasonable and very affordable. We will definitely return.

30/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant in early August and it was a wonderful discovery. Everything was perfect, from the very warm welcome to the excellent meal. The servers and the manager were very kind and attentive, and the service was quick and highly professional. I recommend this place 200%! It has a beautiful view. Congratulations to all these young people!

16/10/2026: Thank you Maelis for the service, very welcoming and warm. The dessert was very good. One small drawback: the meat was served cold. They remade it for us, and it was a little warmer. The new menu is very interesting (especially the applecake).

05/10/2026: Loved this very nice bistro with their traditional French home-cooked menu offerings. Enjoyed the French Onion soup, which was light and flavorful without the cheese melted on the top. The grilled Veal Kidneys entree was delicious, a very authentic French cuisine prepared perfectly. Wish I had room for dessert, next time! Merci!

05/10/2026: The calf's head was excellent, however the duck burger was very dry and lacked flavor compared to the one I discovered 9 years ago... no peppers, just mushrooms stuck on top, which was a shame because I was expecting a real treat. To finish, we ordered two tarte tatins and were equally disappointed: the pastry was practically nonexistent and barely cooked, and the cream had a sour taste. We were looking forward to returning after 9 years, and what a disappointment! The service was fine.

25/08/2026: It's simple; it's good, it's inexpensive, and the owner is incredibly friendly. We went twice; the first time he offered us free drinks because they weren't cold, and the second time he made us large pizzas instead of medium. The pizzas were fantastic, a pizza maker worth supporting without hesitation!

06/08/2026: I really enjoyed the drink I ordered, but I've forgotten the name. The traditional dish was quite good. At first, I didn't realize it was raw meat, but luckily, it wasn't too difficult to eat. It was an interesting experience!

24/06/2026: Came here for a quick breakfast. Waiter told us the kitchen only opens at 10, so the breakfast with eggs was not available. We ordered breakfast with pastries/bread but waiter misunderstood the order (we speak French). Croissant and bread not very tasty. Noisy terrace.
