06/03/2026: Came all the way from Tokyo hunting for cassoulet and Restaurant les Fabricants did not disappoint! Excellent ambience, delicious food, kind staff - a real gem! English menus and very friendly English speaking staff will make you feel right at home. The cassoulet was incredible, and the portion enormous (it was too much for a solo diner but I tried my best). Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Paris.

04/03/2026: A truly strange experience. The card reader is hidden solely to force you to pay in cash, making you believe they don't accept cards. You have to fight for several minutes to finally pay by card. Otherwise, the food is decent. The portions are generous, but some of the ingredients leave something to be desired. It's a real shame it ended like this.

25/04/2026: Walked in last minute without reservation. The staff welcomed me without hesitation. Food and service was precise, intentional, and focused without pretension. Wine list was priced with precision. My new favorite meal in Beaune.

23/04/2026: A very pleasant evening; not a huge selection on the menu (not considered a negative), but the dishes on the plate were delicious! Combined with a nice wine list, and being able to chat about the wines in Dutch with sommelier Jarne as a Belgian is obviously an extra plus!

02/05/2026: We had booked for 7 adults and 2 children, but we were seated very cramped. The dining room was very noisy, the service was slow, and the food was mediocre. In short, avoid it on a Saturday night!

21/05/2026: The staff at Odette's are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The cream puffs are truly excellent, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. A must-try in this charming neighborhood, just steps from Notre-Dame.

15/05/2026: A tavern located in the pretty and peaceful village of Hautpoul, accessible via the impressive footbridge. A very warm welcome; the hostess was very accommodating. The menu is small, but the portions are generous. You can eat outside, inside, or on a sheltered terrace. We had a lovely time. I would happily recommend it.

29/06/2026: I've been eating there for years, but I find the quality is declining while the prices are becoming exorbitant. It's a shame because it used to be quite affordable and the salads were more generous. Reservations recommended

15/01/2026: We came as a group of four for a midweek meal with friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed everything we were served, from the cocktails to the dessert, not forgetting the wine. There was nothing to criticize; everything was excellent. Despite the diverse choices, the cooking was perfect, and the sauces, side dishes, and all the other dishes were harmonious. The setting is pleasant and beautifully decorated. We were able to chat quietly while enjoying our meals, which is exactly what we wanted. The service was efficient and friendly, and the courses arrived one after another without excessive waiting. Of course, the price is high, but the quality is undeniable. We will be back.

15/05/2026: This was my first time at this restaurant, and I enjoyed it for the entirely homemade meal, from appetizer to dessert. It was delicious. Beautifully presented dishes. I recommend it. Reasonable prices and a friendly welcome.

10/05/2026: Bold, refined, and expertly executed cuisine. One drawback: the waitress could be more discreet, especially when dining as a couple. The poor sound quality, excessively loud, and the musical choices are inappropriate for the setting, making the whole experience completely incongruous. It's like eating caviar at a carnival. We would suggest installing a small hi-fi system, two speakers in the dining room, and playing soft, discreet background music so that the establishment lives up to its cuisine: refined!
