19/09/2025: We spent one night at this establishment. The welcome was pleasant and very attentive. We were able to park our motorcycles in a nearby garage. The room was very nice, spacious, and very clean. The dinner and breakfast were very good and varied. The owners are very attentive. A real pleasure. I recommend it.

17/04/2026: One of the oldest restaurants in Tarbes, if not the oldest, a charmingly renovated establishment with a neighborhood bistro atmosphere. We had booked a week in advance for about fifteen people. We had a very pleasant time on the terrace, the service was efficient and prompt, and the homemade food was enjoyed by everyone: every plate was finished! The students of the Jean Dupuy high school, in the BTS Design program, thank you!

The cava I tried was beautifully balanced—fresh, crisp, and elegant, with fine bubbles and a clean finish that made it incredibly easy to enjoy. The atmosphere of the cellar adds to the experience: welcoming, refined, and clearly run by people who love what they do. Whether you’re a casual wine lover or someone with a deeper interest in sparkling wines, La Cave d’Ulysse is absolutely worth a visit.

The manager, lovely and welcoming, perfectly adapted the menu (in advance, at the time of booking) to our preferences, while also featuring local products. Everything was very well executed, the presentation was impeccable, and above all, it was delicious. A must-try.

30/10/2025: The location is extraordinary for those who love the great outdoors and tranquility. Upon our arrival, the owner came to the parking lot, took our luggage, and showed us to our room. I haven't experienced such a warm welcome in a long time; such consideration for guests is rare these days. Our room was spacious, very clean, with excellent bedding; outside noise was perfectly filtered. The meals we had on-site (dinners and breakfasts) were excellent, featuring delicious local products, and the service was quick and very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-run; you immediately feel at ease, and Mr. Bertrand Viguier, through his hospitality, truly pays homage to his region. Furthermore, the value for money is unbeatable, so if you're visiting the Aubrac region, stop in Campouriez; you won't be disappointed.

12/10/2025: Great hotel. Last-minute booking. The phone reception was very friendly at first, then once we arrived, the location was ideal, close to the beaches and all amenities. Quiet location. The welcome on site was very friendly from all the hotel staff. Very clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bedding. Beautiful unobstructed view from the terrace. Very good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

19/12/2025: Top-notch restaurant! A great meal for hikers. We enjoyed a Landes salad, unlimited frogs' legs (always perfectly cooked and piping hot), a superb vegetable dish, cheese, and dessert in a very pleasant atmosphere. The waitresses were incredibly friendly, and the owner was fantastic. We were even able to bring an extra dessert to celebrate a birthday. Everything was perfect, as always, and we will definitely be back. A big thank you to this inn and all the staff! Joel

There were 18 of us seated on the terrace, ready to order, but the waitress refused to let two members of our group (who had bought takeaway waffles from the same establishment) sit with us. Her attitude was unpleasant and haughty from beginning to end. She showed absolutely no sense of customer service or friendliness. As a result, we left without ordering anything. A very bad experience.

10/05/2026: Never disappointed by Sanchez, the ice cream is very good and there's a wide selection of flavors. The staff is great, we're served quite quickly. 🍦
