16/05/2026: Overall, a very good evening: pleasant meal, friendly staff, and excellent service. One small drawback, however: I ordered a decaf and ended up with a regular coffee… resulting in a completely sleepless night 😅 Luckily, it only resulted in a bad night's sleep for me, but this kind of mistake could be more problematic for some people. It's a shame, because otherwise I would have gladly given it a better rating.

17/05/2026: I ate there two days ago. The daily special was excellent, with incredibly fresh fish, perfectly cooked, and a side dish that was exactly to my liking. The waiters and owners were very friendly. A great place to eat.

Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, since the reopening, the restaurant has deteriorated significantly... Prices have gone up! The meat isn't even seasoned. The waiters are already setting tables for the next day while there are still customers in the restaurant. We wondered if they were going to kick us out... When we told the manager that the food wasn't good, she offered no apology and didn't even mention a price, even though we left our food untouched... The waitress even got angry at us when we said things weren't good! In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We really miss the previous owners, who were much nicer.

04/05/2026: I had lunch alone at this restaurant by chance on Monday, May 4, 2026: all the servers were very friendly and attentive. The lunch rush had passed. I had a simple and filling farm salad with cured ham, potato, and hard-boiled egg, a scoop of ice cream, and a glass of rosé. The dining room is spacious and bright, with windows on two sides. The restaurant is on the corner of two streets. The decor is traditional, with wooden chairs. There were many colleagues from work. My salad arrived quickly, which is what I was looking for.

18/05/2026: For several years I've frequented this restaurant for family meals. While the setting remains remarkable, with its easy parking, the restaurant itself has declined in quality... but not in price. We waited nearly an hour for our order to be taken, even though the dining room was empty; only the conservatory was full. And to make matters worse, we were served reheated shrimp, an overcooked and inedible duck breast, and mediocre desserts. It's far from being a bistronomic experience, except perhaps for the price. This is the last time we'll attempt to eat here.

11/04/2026: A beautiful building with a garden and swimming pool. The two people who manage it are very welcoming, attentive, incredibly kind, and more than available. We were a group of 28 people. The meals and breakfasts were excellent and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. We absolutely loved this place. Thank you again a thousand times for this unforgettable stay. 18/03/2026: A restaurant located on a sunny square in the old town center, near Gap Cathedral. You can dine on the terrace or inside in a dining room decorated in the style of a French brasserie. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the dishes, mostly made with homemade ingredients, are delicious. Plus, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. A highly recommended spot!
